The property's location is perfect! For those who want to sleep listening to the sound of the sea, this is the place. You can literally see the waves from the couch. It was a great experience to be able to fish in front of the house. Very kind and easy to communicate with host. Very large, airy house, and in a quiet location. Simple but functional and sufficient utensils for a few days of rest. We just miss dish towels and tablecloths. Don't expect a "new" property. The description matches the photos, but it really is a place that suffers a lot from the sea air. But we will be back for sure.

All perfect!!! Place and host. We need medical help for the first 5 minutes in the house and they helped me by phone and sent help. I am extremely grateful for everything.

Firstly, I would like to thank Tarso for giving its space, a piece of paradise in Itapoá, a beautiful and cozy house, with a garden with trees, we enjoy a lot, just 40/50 steps you are on the beach. Tarso was super gentle and gave a little chic to my baby he loved, all the afternoon naps went there. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible!

The stay was very good, very quiet and the apartment had a great infrastructure. Great location and close to market, pharmacy, bakery. Liana very requests and proactive, very concerned with the adaptation and the period we stayed in.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

I loved it, it was me and 3 other people (two couples), the apartment was perfect, the condominium is pure luxury and has a part of the beach "restricted" only to the people of the condominium. We have nothing to complain about, except that the apartment is a gem, beautiful and very clean.

David's apartment is truly cozy. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a super complete and extremely clean environment. The privacy and security the place offers made us feel right at home. The condominium is well organized and has a family atmosphere, which added a special touch to our stay. Every detail of the apartment made all the difference, from the cozy decor to the amenities available, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The spectacular view of the place is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the stay; watching the sunrise from the balcony was a magical and unforgettable experience. In addition, the location is great, allowing easy access. We will definitely be back soon to enjoy this temporary home again. I recommend it to everyone looking for a memorable hosting experience!

My stay was excellent. The beach, with direct access through the house is excellent, calm, sea water in good temperature and little movement, even in this season, leaving all our days there with an air of peace and quiet. The house is spacious, well structured and clean. All linen and towels were clean and smelling. Even the networks were clean and smelling! The huge, quiet terrain for parking. We went with our dog and she enjoyed it a lot as well. It has two markets very close by, which makes it very easy. Danilo was always very kind and responded quickly. We had no problem in the stay. We were welcomed by Renata, very dear and attentive as well. Care of the house is noted because even everyday things like utensils, pans, tablecloths were all new. I recommended it. If possible, I will return for sure.
