The smallest bedroom is actually my favourite, memory foam mattress that looks out over the garden, sleeping here with the windows open and hearing the birds in the morning, it's pretty great! We have a Yale Smart Lock which is 24/7 accessible. Leyton and Leytonstone is a buzzing local community. The are is home to amazing restaurants just a short walk away from the home. There are fabulous wine bars, micro breweries, delis, pubs, and shops, galleries all around, too. It's easy to get into central London on the central line tube. There are great local walks and East London (the best bit) is easily accessible on the overground tube too.
