Vacation rentals with a pool in Île-de-France

Excellent friendly host and very responsive. House was as per description and pictures. We initially used Ubers to and from Disneyland which worked well but had to rent a car in the end due to unforeseen circumstances - this made life easier with travelling and would recommend this as the more ideal way to get around the area.

Un week-end entre amis parfait grâce à nos hôtes accessibles et disponibles, et leur hébergement de qualité, d'un confort et d'un charme propices à la détente et à la convivialité. Les espaces sont accueillants et permettent à chacun de choisir son rythme. Le cadre est superbe et la baignade délicieuse par temps chaud. Les équipements sont complets (cuisine, salles de bain, mobilier de jardin, jeux...) et offrent toute latitude pour composer le moment de son choix. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable !

This place was beautiful, with enormous quiet garden and a large swimming pool. The house is located on the same property as the main house with the host. Hence, it was very easy to communicate.

Wunderschönes Haus mit einem noch bezaubernenden Garten. Alles war sauber und die wichtigsten Sachen vor Ort. Laurent fragte, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, ob alles vorhanden sei und ob wir zufrieden sind. Zusammengefasst war es sehr schön und aufjedenfall einen Besuch wert. Vielen Dank.

Just had an absolutely brilliant 3 night stay at this property and we were sad to leave. The property is beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely comfortable and homely. The kitchen is as well equipped as it could be with more gadgets than we have ever seen in a holiday cottage. The bathroom is downstairs but there is a toilet upstairs. The shower is really good with plenty of towels. The bed was really comfortable. The enclosed garden is huge with a shaded area, plenty of seating and a brand new gas bar b que. The pool is at the bottom of the garden accessed through a gate at the other side. It is warm, covered and spotlessly clean. The games room is opposite with table tennis, table football and many bikes. Manon was very communicative. I could go on and on but will just add that my husband, dogs and I could not have have had a better time.

La présentation du logement et de ses équipements est claire et nécessaire. nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à proximité de Paris dans un cadre calme et reposant ! les installations de grande qualité proposées par Iteb répondent à tous les goûts ! maison idéale pour une famille de 4 ou deux couples ou 4 potes;). si vous voulez profiter de la piscine du flipper du baby-foot de l'extérieur. lieu vraiment idéal pour les joueurs qui sont en vous. attention, vous avez vraiment une kitchenette donc pas si facile de cuisiner sur du long terme mais les deux villes de Senlis et chantilly ont leur lot de restaurant pour ça !

Superbe maison où il ne manque absolument de rien. Très propre, avec un intérieur et extérieur accueillant qui donne grave envie de rallonger le séjour par quelques jours encore. Mylène est à l’écoute, toujours joignable et simplement très gentille. A recommander!

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris war sehr hilfsreich. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber. Da hat man alles was er braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und neu. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen das man sehr einfach parken kann und dann auch die Treppen am Eingang vermeiden kann. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Falls wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder die Wohnung mieten. Der Schwimmbad ist auch sehr schön aber nicht für Kinder, die unter 150 cm groß sind. Wenn jmnd denken dass der Preis zu hoch ist, lohnt es sich aber echt. Danke Boris für deine Unterstützung und deine Mühe!

Logement chic et très propre. Superbe literie J ai pu profiter de l extérieur qui est top (salon de jardin…). Point de vigilance sur escalier abrupt pour monter à la chambre. Petit déjeuner inclus avec un roulé à la confiture au top Je recommande vivement

Hôte très courtois et très discret, emplacement très calme et accessible facilement, une petite terrasse un coin jardin avec barbecue avec une piscine couverte à disposition,un grand supermarché à moins de deux kilomètres ,le seul bémol si je devais en donner un serait le coin douche où il manquerait une petite étagère pour poser les produits de bain , je recommande !

Logement tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, situé dans une rue au calme. Idéal pour un passage par le parc Astérix ou le château de Chantilly. Kamel nous accueilli lui même, ce qui est un petit plus.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
