Very flowery garden, with deckchairs, and terrace to have your meals in the shade of olive trees. In the heart of the bike paths, 300 m from the beach, shops and the Ré bus stop. Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

The Casa "Aix Keys" is a pretty contemporary house of 55 m² (see our site for more info), facing south, in a very quiet environment with a landscaped garden. It is ideal for a couple's vacation to enjoy the jacuzzi area or discover the richness of our region. We are 5 minutes from the beaches that offer stunning views of Fort Boyard and the 3 Islands (Aix, Oléron and Madame). Kick back and relax in this "cocooning and wellness" space for adults only.

Sheets and pillowcases are not provided, they can be provided for €11 per bed.

The Fouras Marine Rocks

Fouras sea view 10 meters from the ocean with access for fishing (stairs), close to the pier of the island of Aix. Please note, a dike has been built, the view has changed, but the ocean is still there :) See latest photos. Two parts with independent door: - The first consists of a kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom with toilet and washing machine not attached to the accommodation. - the second, a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

My charming little house is located 100 m from Plaisance Beach, just across the road... Large 5 km beach between BOYARDVILLE and Le Port du DOUHET. Small marina with restaurants, bars, creperie, boat rentals and jet-ski. You will appreciate my house for its location, its exposure, its decoration. The typical village of SAINT-GEORGES with its hall and beautiful church is located 3 km away.
