Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Studio se nalazi ma prvom katu obiteljske kuće i cijeli je orjentiran prema moru. Iz glavne (spavaće) sobe kao i s prostranog balkona pruža se pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Studio je idealan za parove, no može prihvatiti i par s jednim djetetom. Kuća je smještena na mirnoj lokaciji i stoga je idealna za odmor. Domaćin dočekuje i otpraćuje goste te kontinuirano stoji na usluzi. Gostima su na raspolaganju i vrtni sadržaji. Dućan, pošta, ljekarna, frizer, autobus u dosegu su 10-15 minuta hoda.

The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
