"De Gulle pracht" Vakantiehuisje, Friesland

Ons sfeervolle vakantiehuisje was oorspronkelijk een oude stal die wij (Caroline en Jan) samen, vol liefde en eerbied voor de oude details en materialen, hebben omgebouwd tot deze "Gulle Pracht". Via een eigen oprit met parkeergelegenheid kom je bij het terras met de ruime tuin, een grasveld met omringende hoge bomen, waar het heerlijk toeven is. Door de twee openslaande deuren stap je binnen in de lichte en gezellige woonkamer met de witte oude balken en een volledig uitgeruste open keuken. Er is draadloos internet, TV en DVD aanwezig. Door het verwijderde plafond in de woonkamer valt er mooi licht vanuit de dakramen naar binnen en heb je zicht op de dakconstructie met de oude ronde juffertjes. Bovenop de twee vides zijn de bedden te vinden. Het comfortabele tweepersoonsbed is bereikbaar via een open trap. De andere vide, waar eventueel een derde of vierde bed te realiseren is, is alleen bereikbaar door lenige gasten via een ladder. Voor kleine kinderen is het daar ivm valgevaar niet geschikt, grotere kinderen vinden het daar juist wel spannend slapen. Let wel op, de twee vides delen dezelfde grote open ruimte. Onder de oude balken is het heerlijk rustig slapen, waar alleen het geluid van ruisende bomen, fluitende vogeltjes of je heerlijk snurkende bedgenoot te horen zal zijn. De ruimte wordt CV verwarmd, maar ook alleen de houtkachel kan het huisje behaaglijk verwarmen. Je krijgt van ons voldoende hout tot je beschikking om een knus vuurtje te stoken. Via een oude staldeur in de woonkamer kom je in de badkamer met balkenplafond en vloerverwarming. De badkamer is voorzien van een goede douche, dubbele wasbak en toilet. Met zijn ingelegde mozaieken en allerlei grappige en oude details is ook deze ruimte een lust voor het oog. Er zijn twee fietsen aanwezig voor mooie tochtjes in de wijde omgeving (Harlingen, Franeker Bolsward). Eventueel willen we je, voor een overtocht naar Terschelling, in Harlingen afzetten. De auto kun je dan een poosje op ons erf laten staan. Wij wonen zelf in de boerderij die op hetzelfde erf staat. Wij zijn bereikbaar voor hulp, informatie en adviezen voor leuke uitstapjes in ons mooie Friesland. Jouw vakantiehuisje en onze woonboerderij zijn gescheiden door onze tuin en de grote oude schuur (met pooltafel), we hebben dus allebei onze eigen ruimte en privacy. Kimswerd , gelegen aan de elfstedenroute is een klein, rustig en mooi dorpje waar onze Friese held " de Grutte Pier" geboren is en geleefd heeft. Hij waakt nog steeds over ons, in versteende vorm, aan het begin van ons straatje, naast de eeuwenoude Kerk, die zeer zeker ook het bezichtigen waard is. Boodschappen doe je in de Harlingen, de supermarkt is een kwartiertje fietsen. De oude haven van Harlingen is 10 km van ons huisje verwijderd. Kimswerd ligt vlak over de afsluitdijk. Volg vandaar uit de borden N31 Harlingen/ Leeuwarden/Zurich en neem de eerste afslag Kimswerd, op de rotonde 1ste rechts, op volgende rotonde weer 1ste rechts, bij de kruising rechtdoor over de brug en direkt eerste straatje links (Jan Timmerstraat). Aan het begin van deze straat, naast de kerk, staat het standbeeld van de Grutte Pier. Wij wonen in de boerderij achter de kerk, Jan timmerstraat 6, eerste brede grindpad rechts. -Voor kleine kinderen is het slapen op de vide zonder hekje niet geschikt ivm valgevaar. Voor grote kinderen is het juist wel leuk, de vide is met een ladder bereikbaar. Let wel, het is boven 1 grote open ruimte zonder privacy.

Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Geheel op jezelf. Aan de achterkant een ruime tuinkamer met open haard en daarnaast een eigen tuin. De tuinkamer kun je verwarmen met de openhaard . In de winter kan het te koud zijn om er te zitten alleen met de openhaard. Badkamer heeft een 2-persoons bad en een dubbele douche. In de badkamer is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. We had an excellent stay at Anneke’s place. The place was quite aesthetic as well as so convenient with an amazing garden. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline and the swing in the garden. The location was really apt, we could do day trips to Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Wir waren mit Freunden in der Ferienwohnung von Ilinca. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und echt schön. Die Treppe nach oben ist etwas steil, aber damit sind wir super klargekommen. Zu dem ist Ilinca immer schnell erreichbar gewesen und konnte uns weiter helfen. Wir haben uns alle sehr gefreut und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, denn es lässt sich fußläufig alles erreichen und auch das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem sind wir mehr als zufrieden und kommen gern wieder ☺️

Samen met mijn vriendinnen heb ik een heerlijk en gezellig verblijf gehad in Woudrichem. De locatie is perfect – rustig, maar met genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Binnen 5 minuten zit je met het pontje in het sfeervolle Gorinchem. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien: een ruime keuken, fijne badkamer en zowel een voor- als achtertuin waar je lekker kunt zitten. We kwamen echt niks tekort! Onze host Corrie was super gastvrij. Ze ontving ons warm en had zelfs een heerlijke appeltaart voor ons klaarstaan – zo attent! Een aanrader voor iedereen die even lekker weg wil in eigen land! 🌳🍰⛴️

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, 3 Jahre alt, haben 1 Woche bei Elke verbracht. Vor allem die ruhige Gegend, das große Haus mit vielen Spielsachen und das Trampolin im Garten haben uns sehr gefallen. Die gesamte Umgebung ist wunderschön und es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Elke und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr nett und immer für Fragen da.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad! Het huisje staat op een prachtige, rustige plek aan de rand van een mooi onderhouden park. Er zit een mooie, groene tuin bij het huisje. De hond kan fijn loslopen in de omheinde tuin en zelf kan je lekker beschut in de tuin zitten. Het is er heerlijk rustig! Het huisje is gezellig en er staat van alles aan eten en drinken klaar. Dit hebben wij nog nooit eerder meegemaakt. Zelfs voor de hond waren er cadeautjes! We zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen en hebben heerlijke wandelingen in het bos gemaakt. Je stapt zo het bos in, naast het huisje. Eigenlijk gaan we nooit vaker naar dezelfde plek, maar hier overwegen we het. Bedankt Alan en Karin.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in het vakantiehuisje van Martine! Er is aan alles gedacht. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, en het huisje ziet er ook nog eens prachtig uit. De locatie is perfect om de omgeving te verkennen, maar het huisje is zo fijn dat een regenachtige dag ook helemaal niet erg is. Martine is een fijne host die snel reageert en met je meedenkt. Echt een aanrader!

Wir haben uns in eurem Chalet sehr wohlgefühlt. Voorthuizen ist sehr zentral, man ist schnell an verschiedenen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren zb in 30 Minuten am Schwimmbad Aqua Mundo in Eemhof oder in 45 Minuten im Sprookjeswonderland. Die Anlage ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und mein Sohn hat das Trampolin geliebt :) Danke für das kleine Geschenk am Anfang des Aufenthalts. :) ganz liebe Grüße und vielleicht bis bald 🌼🌞😊

Met ons gezin (2 kids van 3 en 6 jaar) hebben we ons goed vermaakt. Er is ook genoeg te beleven in de buurt. Huisje is een prima uitgangsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Echt alles is aanwezig in het huisje; van kruiden tot handdoeken (en Netflix 😉). Een echte aanrader.

We hebben met onze dochter van 2 en hond ontzettend genoten op het erf bij Anne en Rick. Ze zijn erg gastvrij en verwelkomen je vriendelijk. Anne nam ons mee om bij de kalfjes en kippen gaan kijken. We waren vergeten melk te kopen voor de slaapfles van onze dochter. Na een berichtje via de Airbnb app voor wat melk, stond er algauw een pak melk onderaan de trap. Gewoon heel erg genoten van de dieren, het leuke appartement en de vriendelijke hosts!

Het appartement is fantastisch, mooi ingericht en ruim. alles was aanwezig, ook zeep, Shampoo e.d. Er stond zelfs wat lekkers klaar voor ons. We hebben genoten. De omgeving is rustig en je bent echt binnen 5 minuten lopen in het centrum.

Logement (cottage) remarquable par son emplacement au calme et par sa décoration authentique et avec beaucoup de goût, d’une (vraie) maison campagnarde néerlandaise ! Belle vue depuis la cuisine / salle à manger sur la campagne, dans le jardins de nombreux oiseaux. Carina est une personne très efficace et très discrète. Nous recommandons cette jolie maison très chaudement, nous y avons passés 1 semaine formidable. Bonne option aussi pour visiter le pays, rien n’est vraiment loin. De plus la petite ville historique de Hoorn est charmante, et il y a 3 supermarchés et de nombreux commerces, bars, restaurants à seulement 12 Km. Nous reviendrons dès que possible… Didier & Yency

הבית מהמם, מאובזר, מטבח, חדרים, כל המתקנים ברמה גבוהה. מתאים מאד למשפחה. האזור שקט וירוק, ציפורים מצייצות, תענוג אמיתי לאוהבי טבע. המארחים זמינים לכל שאלה, עזרה והמלצה ברמה יוצאת דופן.
