Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, entirely for your own use with balcony.
