Historic Home 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with the best location in Idaho Springs, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants or just relax on the front porch. The Home was built in 1874 and as you can see completely remodeled. Ski season is here and with that, just 20 to 40 minutes to all ski areas. BBQ with family and friends I have provided everything you need for your comfort and enjoyment. NEW the Argo Cable Car and hiking trails, downhill Bicking and a new Restaurant on top. GREAT VIEW!

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.
