This is a place for people to look at the stars in a hot tub and see wildlife. Free use fishing kayaks. (inflatable). Cabin overlooks trout streams in the with stairs down to the river with a deck overlooking the river. Outside the Cabin is a deck overlooking the river with an antler chandelier. Next to the cabin is a large, tiled patio that is set up with a fireplace and barbecue. NOTE-People who love the outdoors will love this place. If you are looking for luxury this is not your place.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Escape to this peaceful quiet couple getaway, located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries on the beautiful St. Joe River. This 600 sq. ft. waterfront one bedroom guest suite is fully furnished, living room, kitchenette, covered deck. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. We are exempt from hosting service or emotional support animals.
