The kitchenette allows for freedom to cook your own meals if desired. The space is part of but separated from the main home with keyed doors to protect your privacy. There is also an outdoor kid’s playhouse and a play set with swings, slide and sandbox.

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers our coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Lost Horse Hideaway

**REMODELED May 2026** Escape to our Hideaway on seven wooded acres, located on the beautiful north end of Lake Pend Oreille. The Hideaway is across the street from Oden Bay trailhead parking area with lake access. Downtown Sandpoint is a quick and easy 7 minute drive. Schweitzers Red Barn 10 minute drive. The Hideaway is ideal for one couple or small family and also works for a group of four.Private entry and parking, private outdoor terrace(s)with seating. Dog friendly(one per booking)

A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

Whitefish Secluded, near town studio apartment

Our guest studio is brand new and has a separate private outside, upstairs entrance. You will be a 5 minute drive from downtown Whitefish and staying in a beautiful, rural area of Whitefish. Our property rests on 5 acres and wildlife are frequent guests here. The guest studio has a very comfortable king sized bed with organic linen bedding. Black out shades are provided. There is a shower/bath combo in the large bathroom (separated by a door) and a hanging rod available for clothes

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

Perched on a west facing bluff soaking in every sunset the PNW has to offer. There are private spaces for each unit & communal spaces in the backyard like an oversized fire pit & 12ft dinner table. Upper - Cozy and Quiet Studio

This is a small studio with a very comfy remote controlled adjustable (head and feet) queen size bed, kitchen, and bathroom. Perfect for two. But we can make an exception and add a cot for an extra person or you may bring your own infant bed. This will make it a little tight but it’s doable. The kitchen has a microwave, hot plate and electric fry pan for cooking and a nice refrigerator.
