Our villas are two bedrooms (double bed) The lounge (armchair, which can be two sofa beds) consists of two bathrooms and a toilet. Each villa has its own pool. The sea is located a hundred meters away and has its own road leading to the sea.

This house is located in the historical part of Marmaris, in the old town near Castle of Marmaris and Archaeological Museum. It offers the best sea view. Bars, restaurants, and the Marina are just a 3-4 minute walk away. As the house is in the old town, cars are not allowed, but nearby municipal parking is available. This stylish suite has been carefully furnished with everything you may need during your stay to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. Our building consists of a total of 6 suite units.

Guest Club

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to September 30.
