It has 2 floors, 185 m² of usage area, and on the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a semi-open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a large balcony with a view of nature. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 of which has a master bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi.
