It has the best sea view where you can appreciate your holiday. Bars, restaurants, and Marina are very close to our house approximately 3-4 minutes by walking. As our house is located in the old town of Marmaris the cars are not allowed to enter. However, there are parking slots near by.

This house is a little gem, tucked away in a quiet part of Icmeler but still only 5 mins form the beach. The pool, shared by three properties, was brilliant, and the neighbours were lovely. Irmak was super-helpful, answering our questions quickly, plus provided some really helpful extras (like the BIG drums of drinking water). Highly recommended.

What a beautiful home. It’s in a complex with the local community which gives it a unique feel. Goksel met me outside the accommodation as it was late in the evening by the time I arrived from the airport. I already had instructions on how to enter the apartment but meeting me was so lovely. The apartment itself is pristine and furnished fabulously. The grounds are lovely and kept very well maintained. Restaurants, bars and the beach are all within an easy walking distance. I will definitely be booking here again as the hosts are so lovely and the area is a fantastic place to explore from.

A great vacation destination! A beautiful view from the balcony of the sea and yachts. Nearby is the old town, all the sights, the promenade and restaurants. Ahmet met and accommodated us. The apartment has all the amenities. There's a cafe nearby, but it doesn't interfere with sleep, I slept wonderfully, there are blackout curtains. I didn't have a washing machine, but Ahmet was ready to help with that. Only the best impressions of the apartment, I hope we will return in the fall!

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️
