Die Unterkunft ist die ideale Basis für eine Auszeit in abwechslungsreicher Natur, umgeben von kraftvollen Orten und historischen Monumenten. Willkommen am See.

It is ideally located just outside Munich & is therefore the perfect base for all the sights in Munich & on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

The apartment is 26 square meters, is on the first floor and is for rent for 1 person (maximum 2). It is equipped with a new kitchen, smart TV, and a 1.40 m bed. It is located 35 km south of Munich, 13 km from Lake Starnberg and 19 km from the scenic town of Bad Tölz. The beautiful Isar meadows are a few minutes' walk. Supermarket in 1 minute by car. Well-developed cycling networks are also provided. In the neighboring village there is an S-Bahn connection to Munich.

New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here you can quickly get to Munich city or the alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.

Kneissl vacation home on Lake Starnberg

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
