"Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

Xerolithia Ikaria amazing beach house

It is a house option that combines the tranquillity with wild beauty in an incredible location, offering the comforts of a modern home. The space is ideal for people who love peace, tranquility, concentration and meditation, people who will have the opportunity to live in a picturesque beach house in a small cove, just outside the crowded tourist areas of the island. Because of the "rough" beauty of the location, you need to pay extra attention to the supervision of young children.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

The small vineyard of Faros

Faros is a small seaside village in southeastern Ikaria. It is approximately 10 kilometers from Agios Kirikos and it is connected by motorway. At Faros located the airport of the island. Our little house of 55 sq.m. is waiting to accommodate you by providing you with all the comforts of a modern home. It is suitable for families up to two kids. 340 meters away there are beaches, restaurants and beach bars. Fortunately, the mini market of the village started working again.

The house is 15 m from the beach and 10 m from the village square. It is close to taverns, a bakery, a bar, a mini market, with comfortable parking on the street and is just 5 km from the port of Evdilos. The house is spacious and has a large living room with a sofa that becomes a bed, a large bedroom, as well as an attic with double beds. The house also has a spacious courtyard and balcony overlooking the Icarian Sea for wonderful sunsets. Ideal for families and groups.

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Petrino is located in the village of Kampos a few minutes from the port of EVDILOS (2 km) and with the nearest beach just a private path away In Petrino, the large courtyard stands out, which can be used all hours of the day from the morning on the beach side for a breakfast with a view as well as the afternoon hours in the outdoor living room for a panoramic view of the Aegean with the beautiful colors of the sunset.

Great location, between Armenistis and Nas (both are about 2 min by car). 5-min drive to sandy Messakti beach, 15 min to the traditional village of Christos Raches, less than 25 min to the harbor of Evdilos.

Few meters around, there are 2 of the best home cooking taverns in Evdilos. Extra tip! The house is located on the main road so its too easy to find it!
