Vacation rentals with a patio in Ibaraki

이케부쿠로 역에서 도보 18-20분 정도 걸립니다 멀다고 생각될 수 있지만 숙소까지 오가는 풍경이 정말 예쁘고 계속 산책하고 싶을 정도로 일본다운 풍경이었습니다 방도 깨끗하고 두명이서 딱 조용하게 머물다 갈 수 있는 방이었습니다 바로 앞에 돈키호테도 있구요 연락도 항상 빠르고 신속하게 확인하고 대응해주셨습니다

今回は母と宿泊しました。 オーナーのご夫妻はと気さくに接していただきとても親切でした。 キッチンには少し調味料などもあり助かります。部屋もひろいのでゆっくりくつろぐことができました。 朝にはとりのさえずりが聞こえてきて癒される空間です。 殺陣体験などもできて楽しかったです。 又宿泊したいと思います。 壁にそろばんで埋め尽くされた筑波山があるのも見物です。とても素敵でした。 近くにはベーグルのお店や、美味しい居酒屋もあると教えていただきました。 又次回も散策するのも楽しみです。 お世話になりました。

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof, von dem aus man ganz Tokio bequem erreichen kann. Chin war super nett und stand bei Fragen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, und ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen :)

桜の宿に一泊させていただきました。 オーナーさんはとても親切で、宿の環境も清潔で快適でした。 立地も便利で、最寄り駅から徒歩1分、市内中心部へもアクセスが良く、観光にもとても便利です。 また機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。おすすめの宿です！

Our stay was beyond great. We really enjoyed it! We felt welcome warmly & immediately felt at home. The place & the neighborhood is perfect for us with a 6y old & a 6m old baby. Everything in this house is meticulously arranged. Best quality of everything, good taste & squeaky clean. Everything you basically need in the house & beyond - they have it. Just wow! I was always excited to wake up in the morning to simply enjoy the view of the garden while having my coffee - that's super peaceful. The shower/bathroom was so nice - all that you need to ease the tiredness after a full day out. It is 10 minutes walk to Ohanajaya station. It was so nice to walk during this spring time with the Sakura beautifully blooming on the long stretch park along the way. I have no negative remaks to be honest. I want to live in this house haha We would absolutely be staying again if we find this hidden gem available for our next visit this coming summer. Thank you very much, Keiki & Suzzane!

Eventhough the place was a little far from tokyo, we ended up liking the place and it's surrounding for being peaceful and felt very local. The place is walkable to two train stations, with Shin-Shibamata being the closest. The house is a modern design. Recommended for guests who wants to get away from crowded areas and loves rural places. Will definitely go back!

宿からスーパーや観光場所への立地もよくなにより家の中が素晴らしすぎました！今回子連れが多かったのですが部屋数も多く、利用人数が多い場合には最適な場所だなと利用して思いました！雨でBBQができなかったので次回楽しみにまた利用させてもらいます！ありがとうございました！

Fukuda, our Host is really friendly and considerate. Fukuda always responds quickly to questions and answers. The house is very clean, organized and fully equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has 3 floors and was very comfortable and there was 1 toilet upstairs and full bathroom downstairs. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient walking distance to supermarket, Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Drug Stores, bakery and lots of restaurants. There was also a McDonald’s and KFC nearby. It was great to grab a bite. It was short 5 minutes walk to the Oyama station. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend staying there if visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay there again.

Staying at Ro's place exceeded my expectations in so many ways. We are a group of 5 (1 adult and 4 seniors) and we find the place comfortable to stay in. The house is about 6 mins walk from Oyama station, 3 stations aways from Ikebukuro, which is accessible to many trains and subways that can take you to different places inside and outside of Tokyo. The house is located near a covered shopping street called Ohyama happy road where many groceries, local stores, and restaurants are located. We felt like a local living in this area. The house is pristine clean, basic necessities were provided, and beds are comfortable to sleep in. The house is exactly what is shown in the listing. The place is easy to locate and they also gave us detailed instructions on how to find the place which we appreciated. Ro and her team responded to my inquries promptly and made sure we had a warm and memorable stay. This is truly a gem in Itabashi. Thank you Ro and JH for hosting us and we will surely be back.

The place is walkable to the train station and there is a shopping arcade with supermarkets and eating places nearby. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly!

The house was near 2 stations as described so easy to get to all areas of Tokyo. Neighborhood was quiet. House amenities were as described. Host was always responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home if vacationing in Tokyo.

The house is fantastic—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even lending us a transformer and allow us to take it with us to Osaka! I highly recommend this property!

The nearest subway Komagome Station is very convenient.

The condo was perfect for our 5-day stay, easy to walk to sub-stations and had some markets near by for all the essentials. The in-unit washer and shower/tub clothes drying system were very useful. I would stay again!

신주쿠 같은 시내에 숙소 잡기 싫어서 고민하다가 찾게되었어요~ 확실히 가격대비 숙소 공간도 넓고, 동네도 딱 일본 동네스러워서 만족했습니다! 앞에 빵집도 하나 있는데 너무 맛있으니 꼭 드셔보시고 에어비앤비 근처에 마트 편의점 동네 가게들 많아서 너무 편했습니다. 메트로패스 쓰시면 고마고메에 JR선 말고 다른 지하철 선도 지나가니 앵간한 곳에 다 메트로패스로 갈 수 있습니다, 추천드려요~~

This condo was the perfect way to end our trip to Japan. Everything was better than expected in a great area. Alice was very responsive and flexible when it came to our checkout and made the end of the trip as stress free as possible. Will be booking again for my next trip!

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Jiao hat immer sofort geantwortet und war sehr hilfreich und äußert freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt gemütliche 10 Minuten von der Komagome Station entfernt, die an der Yamamoto Line (kleiner Hinweis: der Tokio Tagespass gilt bei dieser Linie nicht) liegt. Das heißt, man konnte alle Hauptattraktionen zeitnah erreichen und war immer recht schnell wieder in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war für japanische Verhältnisse recht groß und bot eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, wo von ich sehr profitiert habe. Direkt vor der Türe gab es einen Family Mart und auf dem Weg zur Bahnhaltestelle war ein 7-Eleve. Ich würde definitiv nochmal hier übernachten.
