Fire pit & BBQ (with roof) A relaxing space that feels like an overseas beach resort

We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. Although only a small percentage of young people are responsible for this, we will only accept reservations from people 25 years old and older to avoid risk.

[New construction] Starting April 2025 Reservations are now open Major surfing spot right in front of the sea Newly built house

Surfing and fishing right in front of the house!! Enjoy to your heart's content. Even if you don't play in the sea, you can relax in the indoor area, veranda, wooden deck, large lawn garden, etc., where you can feel the sea breeze. Barbecues are also available in the garden, so please let us know if you would like to use it. I made a handmade BBQ stove. Please bring your own grill (commercially available within 600 mm x 400 mm), charcoal, and ingredients. Please relax with your family at this quiet place to stay. There is also a hot spring facility, Top Sante, a 5-minute drive away, where you can relax in the open-air bath with a black-brown natural hot spring and sauna. It is also equipped with a heated pool that can be used all year round, so it is also recommended for children. Since I just opened, I tried various things to entertain guests, but I am an amateur, so I would love to hear your specific requests. I will do my best to accommodate you. I hope I can help you make some fun memories. We look forward to your visit.

Nikko Private Villa|Sauna & Japanese Garden

Nikko Resort Private Villa with Access to World Heritage Sites A private villa, limited to one group per day, has been created in the tranquility of Nikko's natural surroundings. SHELTER Nikko is not a place to stay while sightseeing, but a place for those who want to spend a luxurious time doing nothing and gazing at the flames. At our facility, we value the "experience" of preparing the mind and body through saunas and campfires. It is an inn that I would definitely recommend for those who want to get away from everyday life and enjoy a high-quality stay. On the other hand, it is an excellent location for enjoying your trip as a home base, about 20 minutes by car from major tourist destinations such as the World Heritage "Nikkosan Toshogu" and "Kegon Falls".Enjoy the famous Nikko spots to the fullest during the day, and spend the night surrounded by the lights of the forest and the flames of the campfire. It's like having another home away from home. Please feel free to enjoy your stay according to your travel style.
