The house has a beautiful, quiet view, especially from the private terrace where even in the heat days a pleasant breeze blew. The view from the pool is very beautiful and gives you a rich feeling. You have the top floor to yourself, downstairs Fred lives with his wife. She used the same pool but I felt like they deliberately stay away when we were in. They were friendly, helpful, present on request, but gave us space and kept back if we needed nothing. You do have to have a car to get the beach and supermarkets, but car is still needed to make trips. The rooms were spacious, and clean. The kitchen is not modern and a bit small but has the necessary things to reach meals. We usually ate outside the door, therefore I can't estimate what it's like to cook there all week. We are going to remember ours with Fred and his lovely wife for a long time as beautiful and serene Greek fairy tale. Thank you .

Yannis is a great host, friendly and was always available to help. The home was very clean, tidy, and in a nice location. Check out was also flexible, and that helped us get ready without stress for our departure. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week staying at Andreas' beautiful apartment. The interior was stunning, the air conditioning worked a dream and the pine forest views from our balcony were so pretty. A lovely peaceful spot to read my book. There's lots of great swimming spots, restaurants and bars within walking distance and the main port which is so pretty was an easy 45 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

Margarita's apartment is the best option to vacation in Milata and Poros. The house is literally surrounded by nature. The birds are burning, the cicadas, etc. In the evening when we returned from the feast by car to Margarita's apartment, we unexpectedly met an entire family of wild boars. The spectacle was overwhelming, since they were so cute. Margaret's house can be in nature, but at the same time it is almost next to the center of interest. It is just two minutes from a big AB Vassilopoulos , and 5 minutes from the boat that passes you across to Poros. And also just 5 minutes from cafes and taverns. The beaches are just 8 to ten minutes away. Margarita is very kind and helpful. She is a true noble in her behavior. Thanks so much for everything.

Markellos's place was better than the photos. It was easily the best of the 3 places our family rented. The big balcony gives sun all day, also shade there (big awnings) Eat & relax outside. Nice breeze. Good view of the sea & it feels very private. The flat was much larger than the others we had. Good washing machine and full sized kitchen. We loved the authentic ambience of the place. The bathroom is not 5-star hotel quality but no matter as the shower is great! The other great thing about this place is the location. The smarter more up-market apartments are on the other side of the port and have a much longer walk into town. Here it's just 5-7 minutes walk from the best town beach and supermarket and bakery. But here's the thing: we hired electric bikes (Maria in the centre of town is the best place) and went all around the island and I can tell you there is no better beach than that 900 metres away. Often very empty and hidden gem. Thanks Markellos. Your place made our holiday. 8)

ellie had taken care of every last detail , so that it would make you feel at home. , there were all the ingredients we used for our breakfast as well as ingredients in the fridge . Cleanliness materials for either the house or personal hygiene were also available in the space ! She was willing to serve with great kindness and warmth!

The house is even nicer in reality than in the pictures! So charming! It is quiet and nice near the water, but with a nice walk into the harbor. Many stairs, however, if you walk through the city, but there is a road along the sea that quickly and easily takes you to the harbor.

The stay was so cosy! My family, including the 3-yo, enjoyed the stay and felt at home. Thank you so much!

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

The property in the town of Ermioni which is a very good town to get from it to beautiful beaches in the area The listing owner gave very useful tips for exploring the area and experiences in the area The space is reserved with a new and very good shower for families allows for great privacy

It is difficult to capture the magic of Alexander’s house with words. If you are looking for a house with a myriad of beautiful rooms, bathrooms, terraces, a workable kitchen, tasteful decoration, privacy, an enticing pool in the heat, the most incredible view you could wish for, oh… and steps, then you’ve found it. Daniela the house manager was the icing on the cake. Just do it if you can - no regrets.

Hydra is a wonderful island. We enjoyed it to the fullest thanks to the thoughtful advice of our host Kostantinos. The house is very central and in a strategic position for every move. Recently elegantly renovated and equipped with every accessory for a relaxing stay. Kostantinos was very thoughtful with us, full of advice and available for our every need. We are already thinking of returning to Hydra and obviously to Kostantinos' house

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. A very special home in Hydra, filled with history, art, and stories. A good bit of exercise getting up the hill from the harbour, but it’s very doable and the views are worth it! Sunrise is just as beautiful as sunset. Having lovely trees around the house is an added bonus. Alex and Sophia are wonderful hosts.

Amazing place to stay! Good room with good views. Room was better than the pictures. We receive treats and the room was cleaned everyday! The area is also great and close to town. Thank you for our stay

We enjoyed the stay very much. We were greeted with lemonade, which made the arrival even more pleasant. Our room was cleaned daily, as well as cake was brought to the room. The people were very polite. Highly recommended.
