A modern and fully equipped accommodation, suitable for smaller - large families or groups. This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Vill du till Malmö, finns busshållplatsen enbart 200m borta, och föredrar du cykeln finns också fina cykelvägar. Boendet har en dubbelsäng på loftet, samt en utdragbar säng med plats för två i vardagsrummet. Det finns ett vacker badrum med dusch, samt ett kök, där det finns båda diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och kyl.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Det finns också plats för er bil. Närmsta busshållplats ligger 2km bort och 4km till tågstation.
