Wir durften als Gäste von Mikael eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt geniessen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber. This was a fantastic base for us to discover many of the wonderful things that the area has to offer. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Beautiful large single storey house in open area, close to a few other houses, but positioned in such a way that you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, but Hveragerdi is only 2mins drive away. Ultra modern, huge floor to ceiling windows so light & airy, underfloor heating throughout, spacious, top spec kit, clean lines, sleek, smart, well equipped kitchen. Awesome hot tub on huge decked area overlooking countryside & mountains. Great space to relax after day of sightseeing. Perfect for us & kids. Excellent, responsive host. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely place. Perfect base for travelling. Teens loved the big TVs! Always really warm after a day trip out. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Everything you need. Only one thing not perfect - the hot tub is not like a UK hot tub. It's a big tub you fill with hot water when you want to use it, which takes a while.

The property was easy to find and private. An ideal location on the edge of town but within walking distance to all local amenities. The home is beautiful, comfortable family home, and has everything you could possibly need. The house was warm and clean. Snædís was very welcoming. The local pool is right next to the property for a relaxing swim after a day's sightseeing and hiking. The hot mud springs are a must see and a lovely evening walk. The host left a map of the town which shows the trails around town. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Friendly host. Large family home in a quiet neighbourhood. Great location out of the capital as a base for exploring. We enjoyed our stay here.

Loved our stay for the few nights we were there. Check in was easy and there is a lot of nice places locally, both for food and exploring. Made a great place to start as we travelled and explored the south of the island! A great place to stay!

Great place to stay with a toddler! They had a toddler room full of toys which helped keep my kiddo entertained. the bedrooms had blackout curtains which was perfect for Icelandic summer. The house had lots of character which we loved. Easily accessible to grocery store. Highly recommended!

The apartment was comfortable for us while we were in Selfoss visiting a friend. The washer and EV charger were a bonus. Kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean. There was one issue, but the host resolved it very well. I would recommend.

Nicht nur die Unterkunft an sich, sondern auch die gesamte Umgebung waren wunderbar. Es gab nach der Buchung auch viele hilfreiche Informationen zum Beispiel welche Autovermietung gut ist. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder wählen.

We loved Hulda's apartment. The location is perfect for your Golden Circle Experience as it's really close to all the main attractions. The apartment is cute, very clean and easy to access.Also three of us were very comfortable and a family of four could manage well there. It's less than five minutes from multitudes of great restaurants in what looks like an up and coming town in Sulfoss. I could not recommend Hulda and her place enough!

Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation. Tolles kleines Apartment für zwei Personen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man kann direkt vor der Unterkunft im Hof parken. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

We had the pleasure of staying at Thorsteinn’s place, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. Despite our late arrival, Kristin went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome, greeting us in the driveway with a friendly smile and the keys to the property. She even presented us with a delicious chocolate treat, a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the entire stay. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel instantly at home, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The accommodation itself was immaculate, providing a clean and comfortable space to relax and unwind. It was evident that the host took great care in maintaining the property, as everything was spotless and well-organized. The peaceful ambiance allowed us to get a good night's rest, which was crucial as we had a flight the next day. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Iceland.

We stayed for three nights and found the place to be very comfortable for two people for that length of stay. Very efficiently designed unit and a fully stocked kitchen for four people. It's in a great central spot for exploring the Golden Circle and the South Coast. The farm is very convenient for the ring road. The building is a duplex and we never heard the other renters in the space next door at all, so it seems to be well insulated for sound. We really enjoyed watching the horses on the farm and all the birds that flew in to the small river next to the rental. The farm cat will insist on saying hello every day, adorable!

Our stay at Brynja’s was great! She was very proactive about communication and the Airbnb was exactly what we needed. Some great tourist spots were conveniently nearby and others were not a long drive away. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to spend less time driving and more time exploring like we did!

Séjour court mais très agréable chez Ingunn et son mari très sympathiques qui n’ont pas manqué de nous donner de bons conseils de visite. L’appartement est idéal pour deux et très bien équipé et très propre, la douche est peut être un peu petite. La literie est très confortable et l’endroit est très calme tout en étant proche des restaurants. Selfoss est parfait pour visiter les sites touristiques sans faire de grandes distances en voiture. Nous avons pu garer la voiture à proximité :-) C’est notre premier séjour en Islande mais d’autres suivront sûrement et nous avons maintenant une bonne adresse à Selfoss…celle d’Igunn ;-)

Welcoming and cosy place, as soon as we arrived we found everything very clean and tidy, kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare something to eat, very clean bathroom, room equipped with Smart TV and vacuum cleaner. The owner of the house is always available for any eventuality. If I were to return to Iceland I would gladly book another stay with him.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum, schick und modern eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist da. Es war sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist natürlich ein Highlight, welches wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken genossen haben. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

The place is maintained very well, has very nice warm vibes and good interiors. The location of the place is excellent, one can just spend days looking outside from the balcony.

I cannot recommend this condo enough. This was a great place right outside of Reykjavík that allowed us to quickly go into town and provided a great jumping off point for our tours. The condo was welcoming and very clean - it is exactly how the photos and description describe it. The amenities were great, and the laundry was wonderful after long days. Also, Hannes was a phenomenal host. He allowed us to check in early because of an early morning flight, and was extremely responsive to any question I had. I cannot wait to return and rebook this condo. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Hannes for your hospitality!

We loved our stay. Hosts were quick and helpful in their responses. They left us some chocolates and champagne for our anniversary. The space was clean and more spacious than we originally thought, private and we felt right at home. My wife was sad we left! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
