Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. In winter we recommend to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay a fishing license in the barrier, you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilos fish in forest waters around. Holleia offers amazing hikes for those who want to walk short and far. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!
