The house is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and with immediate proximity to both lake, beach and fields. Our home (part of a condominium) in an older house (We own the 1st floor) We envision that it is a family with children who rents. 2 min. walk to the train station and you are in Oslo S after 8 min. 10 min. walk to Katten and Vølund (beaches) or a half-hour walk to the beautiful Hvervenbukta. By car it is 10 mins. to Tusenfryd and 10 mins. to Oslo S.

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Plenty of space both outside and inside with many outdoor areas to enjoy with outdoor furniture, a sandbox, swings, a playhouse, and your very own soccer field with artificial turf. Here it is sunny all day! The house has five bedrooms, all with space for at least two people. Fully equipped kitchen. 250 meters to the bus that takes you to Oslo in 25 minutes. Short distance to swimming beaches, Sandvika and Oslo. The house has a separate studio apartment.

The property is located on an island just an 8-minute bus ride from Oslo Center. The bathroom rooms shower and bathtub plus washingmachine and a mini dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining area.

Asker has a lot to offer, and Engelsrud is surrounded by three lakes which gives many opportunities for recreation summer and winter. Our garden/yard is very family friendly. A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.
