Hexenhaus

Das Hexenhaus ist ein Blockhaus, das ursprünglich 1749 erbaut wurde und liegt auf einer Sonnenterasse auf 900 Meter Höhe. Das Häuschen ist auch für Familien hervorragend geeignet, da ein eigenes Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett vorhanden ist. Der Kinderspielplatz, Bauernhof und die Nähe zur Natur wecken den Entdeckergeist. Der Pool im Sommer, die Hängematten sowie Grillhütte laden ein zur Entspannung und sorgen für gemütliche Abende. Hand- und Badetücher sind nicht in der Gebühr beinhaltet.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Franzosenstüberl am Katschberg

The Franzosenstüberl is a rustic old grain box and offers the highest living culture for two to four people on 40 m2 (two floors). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer and ample storage space, as well as a stereo system and Wi-Fi. The upper floor consists of living room, built-in double bed and single bed and a couch (a cot is also possible). A flat screen TV is available for long evenings.

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Lisi Hütte on the Katschberg

Our fantastically beautiful cabins are real originals. They are all over 100 years old and we have lovingly renovated and prepared them for you. Take a break in the mountains. Spend relaxing days in an old hut. You won't want for anything. Wi-Fi, TV, toilet shower, towels and linens are of course included. You can walk to the slopes and lifts and also have restaurants and shopping in the village. In summer you can explore the mountains from the cabins.

Enjoy your vacation in the Maltatal in our vacation home, which was a mill house and has not lost its rustic charm over the years. The sun terrace offers a relaxed atmosphere and you can retreat from everyday stress. The vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people. The house is the ideal starting point for hikers, climbers, cyclists, skiers. In the immediate vicinity are the artists' town of Gmünd, the Katschberg, the Goldeck and Lake Millstatt.

Vacation on the Mischnigalm

Our rustic alpine hut is located at about 1800 m above sea level, in a secluded location. Live like 100 years ago, fetching water from the door and cooking and heating with the wood stove. Electricity for light and mobile phone charging is possible through a small solar system. Outside there is a solar shower and an outhouse. The hut can be reached via a 7 km long forest road. (About 45 minutes from the nearest village). An off-road car is needed.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
