Im Kunsthaus Gremmerup ist seit 50 Jahren Kunst entstanden. Das ganze Haus atmet kreative Atmosphäre. Auf 165 Quadratmetern und großem Garten findet sich für bis zu 8 Personen viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein kraftvoller Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Ein Badezimmer hat ein Wannenbad, das mit einem Holzbadeofen beheizt wird. Hier kann man bei knisterndem Feuer und wohliger Wärme des Ofens ein Bad geniessen. Im Garten gibt es eine finnische Sauna. Zwei Balkone (zum Hafen und in das romantische Kapitänsviertel) bieten Sonnenplätze zu jeder Tageszeit, stilvoll sanierte Räume, Kaminofen, schwarze Designerküche… Zurzeit werden die Wohnungen im 1. und 2. OG fertiggestellt und es könnten gelegentlich noch Baugeräusche auftreten.
