House vacation rentals in Huntington

my family and I enjoyed our stay immensely! the house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and relaxing! the home was furnished well with everything we could possibly need for our week stay. Laney is a sweet, responsive host. She graciously provided me with her personal phone number, just in case we needed her for anything. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home, tucked away in the hills of Kentucky!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Loved walking around the property to see all the animals. Especially the peacocks!

Mawmaw’s place is very special. It’s an older property with all of the charm! All of the furniture was comfortable, the property was beautiful and well kept, all appliances operated perfectly. There was ample storage. The game room was awesome for entertaining the kids on a rainy night. The kids room was amazing!! They equipped it with so much fun stuff for the younger ones. The pool was glorious and the owner was amazing. He came to check the pool and filter and communicated about his arrival and departure and was in and out in under 5 minutes and did not have to enter the home.

The house and land were perfect. it was a beautiful location and the house with the bedroom and bathroom suitation was perfect for a large group staying. We enjoyed everything about the house.

This MANSION is amazing! This historical home was so beautiful! Beautiful woodwork, gorgeous staircase, big rooms! We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was in a very convenient location close to anything you would need. Just a couple of minutes to the bridge to go to Ashland or the bridge to Russell. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and we felt welcomed. This home had so many “hang-out” spaces from the 2 living/family rooms, the screened back porch, and the awesome swing on the huge front porch. Next time we visit the area, we will stay here again! Thank you!!

Just stopped for one night on my way through, but it was a really nice stay. The kitchen was super stocked with cooking supplies and the bathroom was stocked with linens. George had everything we could’ve needed there!

Was a great stay for my family of 4 stayed for 2 months for work other than it being kind of far from everything was nice staying in a private peaceful location

John is an incredibly nice host. Super communicative and helpful. We were there for just one night (family of 4 + dog) and it was the perfect spot to rest in the middle of a long 2 day drive.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything was clean and fresh, plenty of clean towels, linens, etc. A very comfy place to stay.

the pink dreams cottage was a delight & everything my group of girls couldve asked for + more. katie was a lovely host making the place special for my birthday, giving recommendations around the area & addressing our questions throughout the stay. we are so grateful to have this fairytale escape in ohio 🎀

Great place to stay. There were 4 of us atv riding for 3 days. We had ample space. Rooms were nice and big. My 15yr old daughter claimed the huge upstairs bedroom as soon as we walked in and she loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a death in the family and needed a place to host our family. I was able to find this cabin and booked in a few days in advance. Joe was very polite, responsive and helpful. Everyone in the family were happy to be together for a tough time and all enjoyed their stay. Recommended.

Lafe and Mary were wonderful! Mary came down and greeted us and she is so sweet! every time we had a question we texted and had an immediate answer. The home is beautiful and the view is stunning! We had a family get together there and it worked out wonderfully! The kitchen is so equipped you will need nothing! the beds were all very comfortable. The game room in the basement was wonderful for my 7-year-old grandson! We would definitely go back!

We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the house was! Towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and fully stocked kitchen and tons of cozy blankets! The whole place is perfect! It’s in walking distance of the flood wall and all the local shops and restaurants. As a returning local I appreciated the access to historic downtown at a great price.

James is a stellar host! He is always responsive and so helpful sharing where to find good eats. The home is older and it shows but it is super clean! No dishwasher, bathroom is small but great a/c and fenced in yard for the fur family. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are incredible!!! I actually asked him where they got them! The towels are good quality and the sofa is great for lounging and chilling. Work was being done in our home so we had to stay offsite with our dogs and this served our purposes. James has other properties that are awesome. You can’t go wrong choosing his properties!

This was our 2nd stay at the house and will continue to be our go to place when we are in the area visiting family. Getting to South Shore, Kentucky is quick and easy and being so close to downtown Porstmouth is great. Having the fenced in yard is so great for our dog. There was always hot water even when 3 of us showered one after the other and the water pressure is great. Christopher was always quick to respond when we had questions.

We celebrated Thanksgiving here, and it was wonderful. Sydnee set out toys and movies for our kids, and shared some of her family’s holiday linens and decorations with us. The kitchen was large and stocked for cooking a big dinner, and there was plenty of room for all six of us to relax, play, and celebrate. I enjoyed playing the piano in the music room, and the screen porch was perfect for our pooch. A highly recommended stay!
