It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. We have a Super Target and a Costco within 2 mile radius. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand.

Single-story townhome. A small conservation area serves as a background to the back porch. There is one parking space right in front of the home. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport; 12 minutes from Gatorland, 25 from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios; and 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. USTA campus 20 minute drive via 417. Eateries, grocery stores, and pharmacies are within a 5 minute drive. 1 room is used for storage (not shown)

For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow cleaning and disinfecting of the house
