This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The cathedral ceilings and enormous double glazed sash windows in the living room and bedroom have a dramatic impact, with a cozy and relaxed feel and the garden is a lovely outdoor space. A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

Our self-contained ground floor chalet is situated within the grounds of the Crown and Anchor public house, which is no longer open. There is free parking, use of the pub garden, private entrance and patio area. We welcome one well behaved dog but do ask that they are kept off of the furniture and bed. Within a short walk you will find the Bell public house and restaurant, a local shop and the post office.
