Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from Stockholm's city centre. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming pier is 100 meters from the house.

Enjoy this unique and peaceful space with the sea at your feet. Take a boat to surrounding islands, run or walk on the trails, sauna at the sunset in your own wood-fired sauna at the end of the jetty or swim by the beach, it's nature experiences at their best. Shop is on the island so you can pack lightly, get out into the archipelago with the ferry that runs several times a day and just enjoy! Small motor boat included in the reservation. Also ping pong table and boule court! The house is available and warm all year round! Welcome!

The garden cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Stay in our unique garden with quiet places for recovery and meditation Walking distance to a swimming lake, shop and bus stop about 15 minutes. Distance to Stockholm 1.5 hours by bus and about 1 hour by car. Close to 18-hole golf course. Essential spots on Ljusterö: The Nature Reserve on Östra Lagnö with a cliff bath and carving yard. Linanäs community with restaurant and boat connection with Stockholm via Vaxholm. Siaröfortet is accessed by boat connection from Östanå.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Cottage at Värmdö

Seaside romantic activity stay only a stone's throw from Stockholm… With views over Saxarfjärden, Ljusterölandet and Grinda, a newly renovated cozy home is now offered for two. No visits by non booked guests can be allowed. Here you come both by bus from Slussen or by Vaxholm boat in about 1 hour from the city. Here you have access to dock and swimming, fishing, borrowing a boat with small motor, canoes, bikes, optimist dinghies, etc. on request. The private porch view is worth a lot.

Cosy cottage on a beautiful woodland plot. It has a secluded location at a height next to the forest. Fresh furniture and all amenities one can wish for. Drinkingwater comes from our own source and taste fantastic! Close to nice sea baths and possibility to go around Gula Vindövarvet, a beautiful walking path of 10 km through forest and along the sea. If you want to enjoy fresh air, peace & quiet, birds chiping and starry nights you've come to the right place!

We rent out our holiday home in idyllic Grundvik on southern Ljusterö when we are not there ourselves. 4 bedrooms/6 beds + guest cabins. Close to several nice baths, two minutes walk to the cliff bath with trampoline in Skutviken, five minutes walk to the beach with a jetty, swimming school and glass kiosk. Close to nice forest walks with mushrooms and berries.
