Do you want to live in a rural setting but still new, fresh and with a high standard of living? Just outside Åsarp with an unobstructed location is this newly built, nice apartment that was ready in 2021. The apartment is located on the second floor in a garage/storage building on the property. The accommodation is good for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surroundings of Falbygden - north and in Ätradalen - south. The natural location provides peace and quiet while it is only 600 meters to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

Newly renovated 19th-century cottage in Falbygden

All amenities are available, while the old-fashioned atmosphere is preserved with a kitchen stove and fireplace. The cottage is a wing building of 60 sqm. The courtyard has a big yard. During the season you can buy vegetables, fruits, berries and flowers directly from the garden in the small farm shop. The cottage has a special garden with garden furniture and grill under the fruit trees. Bed linen and bath linen are included. Wifi 250 Mbps and TV available. Breakfast can be ordered for SEK 90/person/day. Final cleaning can be ordered for SEK 500.

Guest house in the middle of nature!

Experience the harmony of a peaceful environment where nature is the focus. Wake up to birds singing and the babbling sound of the creek. If you want to enjoy a sauna with a cold bath and relaxation and/or a Jacuzzi, these are available at an extra cost. With the forest right outside the door, you are close to hiking trails with both moose and deer. Seek stillness on our spacious wooden deck overlooking the soothing creek. A place for recovery where you can let go of the everyday stress and replenish with new energy in a relaxing environment.

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with Wi-Fi, amplifier, Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.

The back of the property is surrounded by deep, idyllic forest directly connected to the grounds, while the front provides a unique vista of the beautiful lake! House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Welcome to our idyllic Ruder, beautifully located outside Mullsjö. There are cats and chickens roaming just outside the house, and with swimming opportunities within walking distance. Take the opportunity to explore the many beautiful hiking trails in Mullsjö, try your luck at fishing or enjoy the calm paddling waters of Stråken.
