Do you want to live in a rural setting but still new, fresh and with a high standard of living? Just outside Åsarp with an unobstructed location is this newly built, nice apartment that was ready in 2021. The apartment is located on the second floor in a garage/storage building on the property. The accommodation is good for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surroundings of Falbygden - north and in Ätradalen - south. The natural location provides peace and quiet while it is only 600 meters to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

Here you are warmly welcome to relax for one or more days alone, with friends or family. Enjoy the tranquility on the patio right next to the Tidan River, where you can also fish directly from the patio. We have two canoes available for borrowing that can take you out on an adventurous trip on the Tidan River, perfect for bringing a picnic basket and paddling to Lake Nässjön. There is a barbecue area by the cabin where you can grill a sausage or something else tasty. Beautiful nature for hiking right next to the cabin and a nearby nature reserve.

Rural idyll with amenities!

Do you want to come to the tranquility in the middle of nature? A rural idyll of about 90 sqm, detached property with kitchen, bathroom, living room, three bedrooms as well as a sunroom and terrace. There is a possibility to rent a hot tub for an additional cost. On the farm, we also run a restaurant with various events during the summer. Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the basin and mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchenette (not for cooking but there is a microwave and kettle) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the property is the owner's home and a detached small house with a simple shower and a small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with streams, crops, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouses, fruit trees, flower beds and a view of the forest and meadows. A dog lives here.

Country house surrounded by beautiful nature.

The accommodation is suitable for people who love nature, quiet and relaxation. At the back of the house there is a wide balcony where you can view the meadows, pine forests and a small pond, some days wild animals will come out to graze such as deer family, moose, hare. There are forest areas that are safe to walk for you. If you love hiking, cycling or jogging, this is the place for you .The wide area free parking in front .There are supermarkets and transportation only 4-5 minutes drive.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Stay in beautiful Lindås, "Bullerbyn" in our cottage from 1790 carefully renovated 2004. Located on our farm. For summer as well as winter. Close to lake, Isaberg skiresort and cross country center in Tranemo. Close to Golf Club with 36 holes. The nature just outside the door Hike-in/Hike-out. Food at request. Peace and silent.
