This bijou cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and sits within minutes of all the village amenities and yet is entirely private.

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The recently renovated cottage is perfectly situated to offer easy access to the town centre, off street parking close by and a plentiful selection of good pubs & restaurants. The location is also ideal for exploring the superb walking and cycling trails the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
