Fisherman's cottage, just a stone's throw away from Kessingland's award winning beach, and not far from both Southwold and the Broads, is perfect for a Suffolk coastal break. This cosy cottage is ideally situated near a free car park, children's park and a fish and chip shop (all less than 100 metres away), and the beach is only 400 metres away. Please note, the property has no garden or parking. Check in 3.00pm onwards, Check out 10.00am (Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am sharp!)

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac ,facing the local green.Wrentham is a great location close too southwold and a short drive too waberswick and dunwich.Theres the local pub, coffee shop a chinese takeaway. Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

Meadowside Lodge is situated in our grounds and offers peace and privacy with an enclosed garden and patio. Beautiful open space with widened doorways for wheel chair users we can also provide a ramp and shower chair if requested. There are two village pubs which are within walking distance and a small shop. This is a great base from which you can explore everything Suffolk has to offer. Not to forget we are pet friendly
