Vacation rentals with a patio in Hulu Langat District

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient! 1. Host was kind to let us check in early (1.30pm) and explained things very clearly. 2. Dual suite - 1 studio flat + the other one 1-bedroom apt. Both units have their own entrance but connected by one main door. 3. Clean - I was impressed at how spotless all the bedrooms & bathrooms were! Amenities were provided as listed in description. 4. Location - Ground Flr of Lucentia Residences connects to a parking lot, which then has a door. That door opens directly to Lalaport. Very easy to access Jaya Grocer convenience store & many restaurants. Also very quiet at night (no party or honking sounds heard) so light sleepers, you can sleep in peace every night! 5. Maybe can change the mini iron board to an iron board with stand. But we only used it 2x so not much of an issue. Also suggesting to include photos in the PDF guide / location of the mail room to return keys on check-out day. Other than that, overall very satisfied! Hope to come again in the future.

Great place when you are in Kuala Lumpur. Close to everything and great view of petronas twin tower and KL tower. Walking distance everywhere. The host is very responsive and made us check in earlier which is really great.

A haven in a busy city! And can watch the busy city rushing by from above. All mod cons but homey and comfy as well. Pool and facilities are icing on the cool cake. Very detailed instructions - daunting at first but friendly and clear.

It was a pleasant stay. Everything was just as described. The place was so clean. The only thing that bothers me was just the parking spot but its not the host's fault but everything else was perfect!

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

Suhana was a wonderful host and her place is exactly as listed. We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. We rented her place as a neutral ground to meet future in-laws and I couldn't have asked for a better setting. There were plenty of plates etc to entertaining a breeze and because the house felt like a 'home', it helped make everyone feel relaxed and at ease. Highly recommend!

The host - hats off the best one Ive ever experienced. Through some minor inconveniences, I still with no doubt think we all had a blast as we rarely find a big comfortable home that can fit all our family for staycations. The kitchen is amazing - has almost everything we need. The living room - also spectacular that we can all cozy up and watch movies together, pray together. Long story short - felt immediately like home 😍

We stayed here with almost 20 people and had a great experience! The house is very big with spacious rooms, perfect for large groups. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for big family gatherings or group trips!

Joevy's apartment felt like home away from home. I was travelling with my elderly parents and had been worried if they will be at ease in the apartment. But they were more than happy staying here. The home was exactly how it was in the pictures. The mattresses/pillows were comfortable. She had 2 different types of pillows, so we could used the type we preferred. Joevy had gone extra mile to make her guest feel at home. The kitchen was well equipped. She even provided salt, pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and oil in the kitchen. She had all the cleaning equipments required to keep the space clean during our stay. Racks, hangers and pegs to dry clothes were also given. She even had plastic buckets and stool which we used in the bathroom for my parents to sit and shower, for their safety. The condo itself was also very conveniently located, connected to the mall, with plenty of good food options and lots to do. My teenagers loved the mall. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the roof top

Kok was really respectful and gentleman I honestly would give it a 10 out of 10. Great instruction excellent communication clear instruction clean place. If I ever come back to Malaysia, I would definitely stay on that place again.

This place is amazing! This place looks better in person than in the pictures! I can only wish I can live in this apartment forever. Stunning views! Very close to Kuala Lumpur landmarks. Hosts are the best. Very accommodating, and very reasonable people. Will definitely go back here if I visit Kuala Lumpur again.

Great host, my family enjoy staying

It is our second stay in a year. Super helpful host. Easy to communicate. Very flexible, allow early check in and then late check out. Clean place. Great location with plenty to eat around the area. Easy to get Grab ride to KL downtown / tourists area. Will stay again.
