Located in the Swiss garden residences this apartment is in a fantastic, convenient location. A short walk to Jalan Alor and to the attractions around the city - pavilion, berjaya Times Square, sunwei wang plaza, Fahrenheit 88 etc. the Legoland shuttle is also located nearby. The apartment is very basic, but clean. Water upon arriving only. Check-in was easy and straightforward- we had arrived 2 hours early and after a quick phone call to the agent we were in. Wifi connection was good - forget to turn the hot water on. The washing machine is handy and to dry clothes there is a manned laundrette on level 6 - they can wash and dry your clothes with a per kg $$ charge. There is a mini-mart downstairs and a 7/11 across the road - both take cash only. The games room is boring however there are three pools each catering to different aged children. It is easy to catch a grab if needed with the hotel lobby being a dedicated meeting spot. A convenient and comfortable stay.

it was great stay for 3 nights, the pool was awesome, smooth check in, complete furniture and the bathtub is also good. everythings good

Really great accessibility (walk, train), great for when it’s rush hour / traffic jam, comfortable apartment that’s low maintenance, has everything you need in a studio flat! Responsive personalised host, a cherry on the top. It’s the basic things like these for a medium or long term stay that makes places like these a great find!

I recently stayed in this incredible hotel room, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering more than enough room to move around comfortably, even with large luggage. It had a modern layout with tasteful decor that gave it a relaxing, upscale vibe. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority—the room was spotless upon check-in, with crisp linens, polished surfaces, and a fresh scent that made it feel welcoming from the moment I stepped in. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay. But the absolute highlight? The view of the KL Tower. It was nothing short of spectacular. Whether it was during the day with blue skies and city buzz, or at night when the tower lit up against the skyline, the view was mesmerizing. I found myself just sitting by the window, soaking it all in. If you’re visiting KL and want a stay that combines comfort, cleanliness, and a breathtaking view, this hotel room is the perfect choice.

Location is very good, decent, accessable area. Rooftop pool is nice but crowded with photographers during night time. Room was clean except some stain remains on carpet ground. Bed was comfortable, spacy and clean

Joe is a very communicative host. The property is also very nice and spacious. Please just be aware that this property is part of big aparthotel and can be very busy. We stayed during weekends and the queue to check in was very long. Not a big problem, but worth to mention.

Firstly, view was SICK & MARVELLOUS!! Interior & size of unit was FABULOUS..even I'm a solo traveller but it's really really great. Place was clean & PERFECT!! Host may want to consider softer pillow.. 🤭🤭 Location walking distance to Bukit Bintang main attractions for tourists.. Staff & security was very friendly & helpful.. Will definitely come back again.. 🫶🏼🫰🏼💋

Within 20 minutes' walk to the Petronas Towers. Accommodation clean and the view is amazing.

I went there for my 7 year old daughter's birthday celebration. It was superb. Juliana and there's this one kakak i forgot to ask her name were so helpful . And the guy whom I've been liaising on via Airbnb as well was helpful with my inquiries. But the monkeys are scary, since we did a bbq there so all the monkeys were surrounding us all day. And we have little children playing around the compound so you must always close the sliding door for safety. But then again, it's close to nature so nothing much we can do about it. And it would be great to put a set of broom with a dustpan inside the house, well you know travelling with children can be really messy. All in all, it's been a great staycation for us. Recommended! 👍🏼

The pictures don’t do justice. The place is massive, beautiful lounge and dining area, with lovely views. Very airy and lots of light in apartment. Winnie is absolutely amazing, she has to be the best super host I have encountered. She relies instantly, sort out your needs and requirements. Location wise your right in the centre can get taxi for small fees to all local sites (less than 10 min). Check in is a breeze, so easy, we arrived very late around 2am and she had everything arranged for us. WiFi wasn’t working and Winnie sent me portable modem and she even offered me another flat opposite our one feee of charge. Rooms are super big and there is even 3 bathroom and showers! Oh washing machine was big help. Thank you Winnie !!
