Waterfront vacation rentals in Hulshorst

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique location. Very peaceful. Place was clean and warm. Only issue was the parking situation. We tried to find a place along the streets a couple of times without success. Ended up paying 67 euro for each day in a parking garage. Despite this we have no regrets staying there 🙂

Check-in was straightforward and all the important information was super prepared. The highlight is the view over the water and the terrace, from which you can directly access the lake via a ladder. We were already there for the second time and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is very cute and cozy. A mix of oriental flair and modern kitchen and modern bathroom of the latest standard. All this in a very old beautiful house. You have your own entrance. The cottage is located in a small street, which is very cozy and beautiful. Flowers bloom everywhere, cats bask in the sun, the neighbors are in a good mood and greet you in a friendly manner. It is very quiet, although you live in the immediate vicinity of the market square, many restaurants, cafes and attractions. There are plenty of parking spaces for bicycles. We parked our car in the parking garage at the train station for 4 days at a low price. The train station is very close, as is the Ijssel. So nothing was left to be desired. Mirjam is a very warm host. So we were very happy with the choice of our accommodation.

Truly a 5 star experience. Rob met us at the front door (a rare experience these days on Airbnb) and showed us the space. He was knowledgeable of the area and always available to answer questions. Genuinely a lovely person. 10/10

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

The apartment was lovely and cozy, with plenty of useful amenities that made our stay comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was clean and well-maintained, though the bedsheets could use a refresh. The beds are very soft (something to keep in mind depending on your preference). Despite these minor points, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Our stay at Jessica’s loft was peaceful, next to walking/biking paths and an awesome ice cream shop. It was close to friends of ours in the Netherlands. The home is in a structure from the 1800’s. Very cool!

Enkhuizen is a beautiful city. And Bart’s place is very central. Everything in the city is a 15 minute walk! Bright home with lots of options for enjoying a meal inside or on the patio. Would highly recommend as a place to stay!

We had an excellent stay at Anneke’s place. The place was quite aesthetic as well as so convenient with an amazing garden. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline and the swing in the garden. The location was really apt, we could do day trips to Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful house in Eefde! The accommodation is not only super stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, but also incredibly cozy – you immediately feel at home. Everything was sparkling clean and perfectly prepared. Surrounded by fields, you really live in the middle of nature and can enjoy the absolute peace. Never before have I experienced an accommodation that was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! We were particularly enthusiastic about the loving, local welcome gifts such as fresh apple juice, beer and homemade jam – such a warm gesture! The hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at all times. For us, it was an all-around perfect experience, and we would come back anytime. Thank you, Aljanneke! 🤗

We were traveling by bicycle and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly host. Thank you so much for this great start to the day. We felt very comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst, but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

Super nice cottage, nice host, town hosted some good restaurants. Apero By Luigi's is absolutely recommended for the wine lover Harderwijk is a great base for nice walks in the area or a visit to Deventer or Zwolle.

Nice, quiet stay in nature. Great to unwind and enjoy a little wellness. Sauna and Whirlpool worked well and the introduction from Peter was easy to understand and follow. There s bikes to lend at any time, the vacation home is conveniently located close to Putten. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

A very comfortable stay in a mix of historic and modern surroundings. A lot of steps but not unexpected. Close to amenities. Host responded quickly to inquiries. Overall, a lovely stay!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious place to stay right at the harbour in the heart of the old town of Urk We loved it and could have stayed much longer-felt like home

I came to Arnhem to study, and while I was looking for a permanent stay, I found this place which was more affordable than other places that offered similar services, and with big surprise I found out I had everything I needed. The flat is a bit far from the center, but the area is very well connected to it, with 10 mins walk and 10 mins bus I could reach my university every morning. Also Willem and Anne are very kind and respectful people and it’s really nice to see friendly cats in the area also! Maybe because of its structure, it’s quite easy to hear other people’s noises inside the building so I needed to get used to it. The washing machine is a big plus for the place, and the garden looks like a secret garden from a movie and it looks like Willem takes good care of it. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable in my flat that even if it’s small it had literally everything I needed, so I would 100% suggest this place to friends/family that come to visit!

What a wonderful place in the heart of a wonderful city. The apartment is spacious, full of light and the interior is just marvelous. Plus it’s located in Amersfoort best neighborhood, central yet calm and private. Linda is a very kind host, and we felt it upon entering the place.

A lovely few days spent in Hilversum! Lots of great restaurants and easy walkable access to Hilversum train station. Pieter’s place was cosy and clean. He had all the amenities from a hairdryer to a coffee maker! It looked exactly like the photos and it was even next to a lovely park which was great for walks! Also directly next to a restaurant which overlooked the park and lake which was beautiful! Would stay again. Thank you Pieter!

A warm welcome, a nice room (the blue one) a lovely bathroom and a beautiful area where you can eat and drink on both sides of the water. In short, recommended.

The top floor apartment is in a wonderful location well situated in the old city of Utrecht. It is on a historical canal but peaceful as it is away from the main tourist canal and busy restaurants etc. The apartment is on the top floor of an historic town house and while separate and quiet it is part of the owners home - so you need to be respectful of this. The owners did provide plates, cutlery and dishes etc and they kindly washed these each day. There are two quite steep stairs to access the apartment so be mindful of this before booking. A lovely unique place to stay.
