Our 1800 sq foot cabin sits back in the woods on five private acres with no other cabins in sight. It is very private. The only neighbors around have fur or feathers. Our home is 2.6 miles from downtown Hulbert. There are many attractions that are within an hour of the cabin such as Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Newberry, Oswalds Bear Ranch and the Soo.

Clean, cozy and affordable. Nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. New WI- FI. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

We are 8 minutes from the Cut River Bridge, 42 minutes from the Mackinac Bridge, 32 Minutes from Silver Mountain Skiing/sledding hill and disc golf course. Also, we are only one of two house on 200 ft of dirt road. You can leave the driveway to enter directly onto an assortment of ORV trails! Snowmobiling, ATV riding, or simply driving around to enjoy scenery in your truck. Our cabin could be just what you need for your perfect getaway!

Welcome to our cabin. Relax with family and friends at this clean, cozy place in the eastern U.P. It is a year round play ground on the ATV/UTV trail and 100 yds from the snowmobile trails. Room for a few trucks w/trailers. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath comfortably sleeps 5. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has bunk beds (full size on bottom & twin size on top). The living room (pull out twin) & each bedroom have Roku TV's with fiber optic internet service.

Centrally Located For Fun In The UP

Entire 3 bedroom, 1 bath home centrally located to enjoy all the UP has to offer. Near the intersection of M123 and CR407 (Four Mile Corner) and just 4 miles north of the town of Newberry. From here you can take day trips to all the beautiful attractions that are "Pure Michigan" or hop on the snowmobile/ORV trails or maybe fish/ice fish in one of the many nearby lakes. Newberry is a quaint town with restaurants/shops/grocery/gas, etc. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our cabin is conveniently located directly across from the groomed snowmobile trail. Centrally located for easy access to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, the Soo Locks, and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Midway between Lakes Superior and Michigan with many inland lakes. New flooring and a full size fold out couch were added in the beginning of 2025. We can now accommodate 5-6 guests.

Great parking for truck & trailer. House was very comfortable, warm and well furnished. I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely return!!

I think the place actually looks better on the inside than the pictures! We have 3 kiddos under the age of 5 and were in town for a wedding. It suited our needs well and dawn was very responsive. The smart tv was a plus for tv for the littles. We went to the Falls and The Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum and the drive wasn’t bad, leafs were beautiful this time of year. We also ate at a local restaurant that was in the listing, timber Charlie’s I believe and it was delish!! Some bonuses were that the water temp and water pressure were perfect, although I didn’t realize there wasn’t a bath until we got there but that was my fault. Overall great stay and would stay again!

this cabin is very nice and clean. it is set back in off the road and peaceful. Dave is very responsive is you have question or problems. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short and head home 2 days early. Dave was very understanding. he is a very nice person to deal with. wish we didn't have to leave. Great lil cabin.
