I thank Marite for her kindness and helpfulness at all times. The house is cozy but nice, the area is very good (downtown, everything is close by), I have a Volkswagen Bora and I barely fit in the garage (for reference). He also let us leave a little later since we had many kilometers ahead and gave us that possibility. Thank you very much for everything Marite, we will definitely come back someday!

Everything is excellent, the house is better than what you see in the photos. Beautiful neighborhood, spacious, comfortable and very functional house. Carlos was always attentive and willing to answer any questions. Hopefully we'll be back

The place is in excellent condition, clean and has a perfect location for walking along the waterfront. The host always helped us with what we needed, very attentive to making sure the stay was 10 points.

We didn't know Cordoba, renting this beautiful house was the best decision we made! The house was amazing!! It had all the amenities, Gaby was a total genius, always attentive and also super warm and flexible with schedules, we fell in love with the house and the view it has, priceless. We want to return many more times to this beautiful little house. ❤️

My significant other and I absolutely loved staying here, and it will go down in my book as one of my favorite bnbs, as well as one of my favorite hosts! The only problem we had was very minor; which is why it’s not reflected in the rating. The shower would either be scolding hot or freezing cold, no in between! The cold knob would leak, so we had to use a towel on the floor to soak up the water. But for me, that wasn’t a huge issue, it would just take me a little longer to shower. Other than that, it was great, great views, quiet neighbors! As far as location, I never used a taxi, because everywhere I needed to go and wanted to go, I could walk there! The beauty of Córdoba! Neighborhood was nice, lots of things to do and places to eat or grab a couple drinks nearby! I loved it here, and hopefully we’ll stay here again in the future. Thank you, Leandro!

The host Milagros is super sweet and helpful, she has a beautiful organic products store in front of the stay, it is a little far from the city center but by bike or car you can get there very quickly, the house is in the middle of greenery and therefore the house combines a rustic style with nature, everything is clean and ideal for a weekend getaway!

We highly recommend it, Moni is super friendly, impeccable, everything is dreamy, the place. It has everything nearby, a supermarket, a pedestrian area, the terminal is a few blocks away, the lake, there was no need to take out the car. Thank you for everything Nico and Moni, we will definitely be back.

Very nice space, and very friendly host. He even left complimentary handmade soaps. Please note that an electric stove cannot be used in the space. It is very comfortable in terms of location and the garage is convenient. The bed is king size and the mattress, pillows and duvet are excellent.

Cynthia was very friendly and helpful throughout the process, small but with a good location. I recommend it for travelers who plan to spend the night.

IF THIS IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR DATES, BOOK IT FAST! overall this was an excellent experience. in a great location, with a very caring host with an eye for detail. (no doubt reflected in her proffesion as an architect) this place was immaculate beautiful and reasonable. bed was comfy and had everything i needed. even WASHING MACHINE! BIG BONUS the bed room is on a metal spiral staircase and they must be taken carefully. not suitable for elderly or disabled guests. the host is a little OCD. she made me laugh as she explained that I should bring the toaster down from its storage shelf before using it (for safety reasons). lastly there is security in the building but they are very kind and respectful, and don't bother you at all. no retina scanning or verifications every 5 mins. thankyou so much

We had a great stay. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: very comfortable, clean and with all the details well taken care of. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and in a very quiet and safe area. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Excellent stay, Sebastián was super friendly and attentive, he adjusted the check-in to my schedule, the apartment was impeccable, tidy and clean, the area is nice and close to Nuevocentro Shopping and several restaurants and shops. It also has a beautiful balcony where every morning I received the sun. I definitely recommend it to everyone and I would gladly stay again the next time I return to Cordoba, an 11 out of 10.

I had a great stay at these apartments! The location is perfect—right in the center of Córdoba, close to everything. The place is warm, comfortable, and brand new, which made it feel very cozy and fresh. The host was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city!
