Cottage vacation rentals in Hudson Valley

The Artist Cottage was a great secluded retreat. We loved how charming and cute the place looked. The colorful decor and charming antiques in the cottage made it feel special. The amenities were well taken-care of and we especially loved the hot tub, the outdoor fireplace, the spacious lodge, and the large, modern soaking tub. We enjoyed hanging out in backyard, where we could listen to numerous birds while sitting by a little waterfall in the morning. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. It was just a short walk from some nice hiking trails and we loved that it was only a short drive to town. Overall, we highly recommend this stay!

We had a great time! Everything was thought of in this space. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to be outdoors and the proximity to the park. I'm not sure if this jumped out in the listing, but the place is walking distance to the Children's Museum which was perfect for us, as I had take the car for a work event and left my husband and 3 year old to explore the museum, and they could easily walk home to the cottage. Perfect, modern yet cozy cabin. The aesthetic was beautiful and was fully stocked with everything you could need. The neighbors are close but we never saw them. Maybe because we came up before the season picks up. We utilized all of Bilen's local recommendations. We loved the Local Table & Tap. Beautiful views. We also took a drive to Upward Brewing which was phenomenal. Keeping this Airbnb in my go-tos. Couldn't be happier :) Perfect for nature lovers.

Peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake, wonderful house and amazing hosts! Had an absolute ball kayaking, fishing, and enjoying nature. This was my second trip and can’t wait to go back again.

I wanted a weekend getaway for my son’s 13th birthday that landed on Friday the 13th, I came across this cabin airbnb and decided to book and give it a try. this location is an hour away from our home and gave us that peace of paradise we were looking for. the cabin felt like home and had everything you can possibly need. I honestly wish I can give higher than a 5 star because this cabin was perfect. I’ll be booking again for a winter weekend getaway. thank you for hosting my family and I.

We always stay at Little Willow when we go skiing at Belle Ayre. I think our three years and running relationship with the house tell you all you need to know about working with the Little and Littler gang and their spot.

A lovely home with beautiful views of the surrounding woods from each room. Very clean, modern, and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. My wife and I were looking for a relaxing, peaceful place to spend our wedding anniversary and John’s place more than delivered. The grounds were beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The house was clean and cosy with large windows for letting in the sunlight and fresh air. The sounds of the river were incredibly calming. Leave the white noise machine at home and let the river sing you to sleep! Our dog had plenty of room to run around the property and she loved daily visits to the river, as we did too. The nearby town had some nice restaurants that John recommended, the Heron being our favorite! We had everything we needed and plenty of accommodations were provided, but it was clear that if you needed anything, John would make it happen for you. We loved this place and would absolutely stay there in the future.

Beautiful place to stay! Kitchen well supplied for cooks. Comfy, big couch. Sound of the river at night. Cute little town. Peace and quiet on the edge of the woods. Great for dogs and humans. Lucy is VERY responsive to any questions. HIGHLY recommended. My wife requested a return visit before we even left.

A super stylish, immaculate and serene cottage with spectacular mountain views. This absolute gem is perfect for relaxing, decompressing and exploring the Catskills. The beds and bedding are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and the sight line to mountains is a visual feast. The windows are plentiful for gentle, fresh breezes wafting throughout the home yet A/C and heat work well when needed. We built a fire and star gazed surrounded by a field of fireflies. The hum of bees in the morning sun while having coffee on the deck is a delight. There’s a thorough and helpful guide/manual and the hosts are extremely responsive. Be sure to spin some records - we found the Donna Summer Greatest Hits double album - plenty of room for dancing around. Will most certainly be back!

My husband and I stayed at Kevin’s place for a couple days in early June for a quick city getaway. Kevin was super responsive from the beginning all the way to check out and was a pleasure to communicate with! He is a fascinating well-travelled host with lots of cool souvenirs around the cabin from his travels and sports accomplishments. His place was very relaxing and was exactly what we were looking for with its lake front access and cosy interior. We travel for work and are constantly staying in nice hotels, and we had the most amazing sleeps in the memory foam bed with sheepskin duvet and agreed it was better than any hotel sleep we had recently. So peaceful! We canoed to a Mexican restaurant across the river for lunch which was a fun mini adventure and very delicious! When we checked out we got to meet Bodie, Kevins Golden Retriever that is in the listing photos. Was an awesome experience! We look forward to returning sometime back to Kevin’s Cabin!

Lovely cottage and a perfect location if you’ll be at Omega Institute which is 4 minutes away. Close to Rhinebeck Village too. Beautiful grounds and well appointed home. Extremely clean and well planned space. Comfortable bed, soft linens. Spacious kitchen made meal prep easy and when I asked about a blender the host was very responsive and a new blender was waiting for me on the porch. Really restful place with a private and calming back porch. Very serene property. I cooked dinner instead of going out on Saturday night because the space is so welcoming and relaxing, especially after a long day of classes at Omega. Comfortable sofa, wool throw, and Netflix. A perfect evening. Would love to stay again the next time I’m in the area.

Lori’s place was everything listed ,and more !!!! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings, the cabin was adorable, and access to the boat ,and kayaks was awesome!!! My husband and daughter enjoyed the fishing , and my son enjoyed his daily walks. I personally enjoyed sitting on dock , or the screened in porch enjoying a good book!!!! We loved our stay at the cabin and hope to be back soon! It’s was the perfect place for us to stay for our week upstate. We loved the movie collection and listening to the sounds of the creek from the open windows. Really feels like you are at someone’s home and not a soulless rental! Five stars ❤️

We had a wonderful time at Mustafa’s cabin. It’s exactly like the photos. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed (utensils, condiments, etc). The bed is super comfortable (and not too soft). We did not find the bathroom too small. The decor is gorgeous. The deck wonderful. And the soundscape with the water of the nearby stream and chirping birds was incredible. Phoenicia is a 5min drive away, with some shops and a couple of restaurants. Advance information, access and communication with the hosts was great. Would definitely stay again for a secluded, peaceful retreat.

Our stay at this lovely cottage was peaceful and comfortable! A beautiful and simple space perfect for our getaway from the city. Anthony proactively made sure we got in okay and had all the information for checkout. Would definitely come back to this place!

Serene, beautiful property and a very cozy feeling cottage. We felt at home right away, and loved sitting by the fire and looking out the large windows. Easy drive to nearby towns for great food or groceries, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.
