Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hudson County

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Raunak's place is a great deal and we had an amazing stay for a couple of nights. The entire apartment was really clean, a nice pull out couch, and had all of the amenities you could want (clearly labeled too). Location was also great - a 15 minute walk to Grove St PATH and near by convenience stores. Note that noise could be heard from upstairs but it's quiet at night and overall a really positive experience in Jersey City, would stay again.

The house is wonderful, we did't meet Joseph but communication with him was friendly . We had a great time in North Bergen . The place definitely had everything we needed. The location is great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square. There is a decent market near by and some restaurants near.T We can highly recommend this place.

We arrived at Mengli's apartment after a very long journey and it was so nice to see everything was as described. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lots of towels, great hand soap/toiletries and comfortable beds. Mengli was very responsive and proactive. She checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and to offer recommendations for our itinerary. The apartment is very well situated for all shops and restaurants with only a short walk to the main street. Finally, we were allowed to store our luggage until our taxi arrived. Hoboken is an ideal place to stay when visiting New York as it is very easy to get into the city. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mengli's apartments to anyone visiting. I'm very glad we chose to stay there, it couldn't have been a better experience.

We had a lovely stay! Looked just like the photos and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Conveniently located near MetLife Stadium which was our whole purpose of staying here. Would def stay here again.

We had a great stay at Islam’s home. The house was exactly as described in the listing. Islam was proactive to recommend local eateries and was nice to check on our party throughout the stay. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room and kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the place was so clean. Would recommend Islam’s place for anyone looking for a cute, clean, comfortable stay in New Jersey with access to NY

Denia’s home felt like home. For my family and I, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. With the proximity to NYC and quietness of North Bergen, a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for everything once again.

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

Loyda was extremely responsive and helpful! Beds were very comfortable and pictures were representative of the place. It is about a mile from the train station so just be prepared to walk or take the bus if you want to transit into nyc!

I will be back in a heart beat !!!! Our daughter lives with her husband literally opposite and it was so easy and convenient and on the plus side it was all as described. With a little bit extra such as coffee pods - sugar - shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. Hand and dish soap. All bed linen and towels smelled lovely and clean.lovely air fresheners in both room. I slept like a queen on the sofa on the spare mattress while my fiancee was snoring away loudly in the bed 😂

Terence was a great host; friendly, reached out and promptly answered a question that I had which proved to be quite helpful. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed staying in Hoboken; it’s a nice city in its own right with brownstones, lots of restaurants and the river walk which provides a great view of NYC.

Sal's place was very beautiful! very spacious and the back patio was amazing. Sal was very responsive and able to answer questions right away. The location was close to so much and a short bus ride to times Square. parking was a beast and challenging, but it was worth the challenge.

The view of NYC is amazing, Airbnb was clean and as pictured, location is convenient to Hoboken and train/uber into city, nice building amenities and great communication with Zo and Paige. Would book again.

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

I had a great stay overall, but the parking situation was problematic. There was only street parking available, which depended on availability. Alternatively, finding a spot often required a long walk. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent. Aside from these issues, everything else was excellent! The place was clean, conveniently located, and matched the description and photos provided.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Raquel's place. The house is neat, stylish and in a very secure environment. The rooms, towels and sheets were clean and hygienic. The kitchen was very well equipped that we barely had to buy anything for cooking. There was a quaint little table for two, which is good to have evening or morning coffee in. Since there is two doors for the unit, one black and one teal, the place is super secure. It is also very conveniently near to public transports and has good connectivity to most of the places. The host was super responsive and kind. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and comfortable during our stay. We'd definitely book with her again. 10/10 would recommend for everyone

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. Faisal’s place was not only immaculate but even more beautiful in person than the pictures (and the pictures were already giving). Everything was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The beds were more than enough for our group-everyone had space, and even the couch was cozy enough to knock out on. Faisal was a gem. Super responsive, kind, and really accommodating. You could tell he actually cares about his guests having a good experience. His check-in instructions were crystal clear- no confusion, no stress. We genuinely had no complaints…just a quick heads-up that there are quite a few stairs, so that’s something to keep in mind for folks with mobility concerns. But honestly, that was the only thing. Everything else was peaceful, beautifully kept, and exactly what we needed for our little getaway. If we get the chance, we’d 100% stay here again. Hi! We had a great experience at the Airbnb! The house was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to the journal square is definitely a bonus! The place matched the photos and description. Both Divyanshi and Raja were very responsive!

Fantastic modern apartment in the heart of Jersey City! Quick 10 minute walk to the PATH train made it easy to get to World Trade Center. Grocery stores and restaurants also in walking distance. The house was beautifully renovated with a modern touch. Full kitchen with modern appliances and amenities. This place had everything we needed and more!

The hose was Cosy, we really enjoyed it! The hosts were nice and gave us good recommendations. Great place for a family or anyone looking for a save and peaceful surroundings, but still with a lot of stuff to do around and a great connection to New York
