This apartment was located in a great walkable spot. From the outside it’s not that nice, but inside it is gorgeous and the perfect place for 4 of us. The only two iffy things were: upon checking in, and as soon as we walked in to the building one of the neighbours approached us and said not to move the dining room chairs because it was too noisy for her. At that point we hadn’t even accessed the apartment. The second one was that there were some workers on the outside of the building at the height of the powder room window. They worked until after it was dark and their work was making a lot of dust that entered the apartment.

A modern bathroom features a glass shower enclosure and a wall-mounted sink with storage below. Mirrors are positioned above the sink and on the adjacent wall. Neutral-toned tiles cover the floor and walls, creating a clean and spacious ambiance.

Very good accommodation, Ivan leaves many details that make you feel at home, nothing is missing. To go downtown there is very good public transportation 30 minutes from downtown, there is a supermarket 5 minutes away on foot. It has a view of a park that is very relaxing to get up and see. We would definitely come back.
