Prekrasan ambijent i obijekt za opustiti se u prirodi i zvukove ptica. Savršeno uređen bivši sjenik koji je ispunjen sa svim sadržajem za provođenjem predivnog vremena sa boljom polovicom. Jacuzzi i sauna su sa prekrasnim pogledom. Čistoća je besprijekorna i objekt je pun sitnica koje ponekad zaboraši ponjeti na vikend putovanje. Kuća je predivan spoj ponajviše tradicijskog i modernog uređenja gdje sve stoji ugodno u prostoru. Pogled i pristup je pun privatnosti pošto se nalazi na kraju mjesta sa ljepom livadom do šume.

Отлично, тихое место с парковкой, приятный вид из окна, рядом супермаркет. Всё новое и чистое. Очень небольшая комната, но для короткого пребывания достаточно.

Amazing location and even better compared to the photos, fully immersed into the nature and with a cute and friendly dog as a big plus greeting you each time you leave or go back to the villa. The only difficult part is the last 2 km to reach the Villa but it’s not a big issue if you have some experience with your car, the Villa is immersed into the nature and has an amazing price/quality ratio, highly suggest this location if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. I’ll be for sure going back here as soon as I can, thank you very much Alberta

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in Hillhouse. Zeer leuke uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Het is een groot mooi huis met drie etages en zalig uitzicht over de vallei. Er is effectief plek voor 6 personen maar wees je bewust dat één slaapkamer enkel te bereiken is via doorgang van de andere wat iets minder privacy geeft. De oprit is een uitdaging voor iemand die van een vlak land als België komt 😉, maar je kan je auto ook boven laten staan.

Virkelig en fantastisk lille perle midt i det hele. Tæt på aktiviteter og indkøb. Værts familien var behjælpelig med alt i mellem stort og småt. Der var ikke det problem som ikke kunne løses. Der er ro, vin, udsigt og masser af gode vandreruter, cykelruter og oplevelser lige i nærheden. Helt klart nemmest med en bil men cykel kan også bruges.

Wow, wow, wow!!! We stayed at Villa Katerina for a week over Christmas and it was just perfect. It is a stunning place with everything you could need and plenty of room. The surrounding area is just beautiful, quiet and rural. It was truly idyllic. Having the fire was wonderful and made it feel extra special. It is easy to get to Ljubljana, Zagreb and other local towns but also perfect for walking straight from the door into the countryside. Michael gave us some excellent recommendations of places to go and is very helpful and responsive. He also gave us gifts of homemade honey and honey liquor which were very gratefully received! We would have stayed longer if we could!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Nacht in dieser charmanten Unterkunft zu verbringen – und es war wirklich eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und korrekt. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders schön war, dass wir sogar Kirschen direkt vom Baum pflücken durften – ein kleines Highlight, das wir nicht vergessen werden. Für den Heimweg durften wir sogar noch etwas mitnehmen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Lage mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Natur und einer herrlichen Aussicht, hat uns eine perfekte kleine Auszeit ermöglicht. Wir waren mit der Familie unterwegs und haben diesen einen Tag in vollen Zügen genossen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber – für die Gastfreundschaft, die schöne Unterkunft und die liebevolle Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Simon is a kind and accommodating host. The apartment is the upper floor in his parents house. His mother checked me in (as best she could in English). I got a chance to meet Simon a few days later, he speaks English fluently. Communication was always great. The buildings entrance is shared but privacy is guaranteed since access to the apartment is clearly separated from his parents space. The house is located in a quite neighborhood at a elevated sport in Žužemberk. It surprises with an magnificent view over the valley, from the balcony in front of the kitchen! It's a perfect base for guests looking to hike in that area or explore Slovenia by car. There is enough space to accommodate a group or 2 families. Supermarket and bus stop are in walking distance. Highlight surely was food his mother shared to taste, from her garden. Simon organized a bike even, that wasn't part of the listing. Thank you, it's always a pleasure when there's more provided than advertised! Highly recommended!
