The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Newly built in 2022. The Annex is totally self contained and separate from the main house. With a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite shower room. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town with its many eateries and stunning walks around Cowdray and the local countryside. Midhurst is a lovely old market town with great cafes and boutique shops. Many pubs, River walks and first class polo can be found just a stones throw away.

We adored our stay in the yurt. We felt lucky to have found it at such short notice. The rural setting was quite magical and we certainly made the most of it. My 4 year old and well-behaved dog made themselves at home in the yurt and thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings. Really perfect. I only just found out on Lindsay’s insta that we could have hired the beautiful pool by the hour. That would have made the trip even more special, but we certainly didn’t miss it. The best!

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. I had a lovely stay at the shepherd’s hut, it’s a beautiful location and had all the amenities you’d need. Isobel was very friendly and responsive, and even offered to get the heating going on the pool for me. It’s useful that there’s a small M&S and nice cafe within walking distance too, so you’re not forced to drive for the essentials. Would definitely visit again!

Thank you Ros for a wonderful stay! We had a friends wedding at the walled garden, only a short walk away from the airbnb. Ros gave us a warm welcome, recommended a few spots to eat for dinner and a great looking cafe for the morning. The airbnb was well equipped, comfortable, clean and there were fresh flowers on our arrival. We enjoyed a morning run around Bepton common - beautiful spot!. Thank you Ros and it was lovely meeting you!

We had an amazing couple of nights at the Potager. The property and garden were just as pictured, and we had everything we could possibly have needed. Katie and her husband were wonderful hosts, and we felt they were always on hand to help should we have needed anything. We arrived to some local goodies, which were quickly demolished - what a lovely touch. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very well set up, and the garden was an oasis. We felt so well rested and relaxed after our stay, and didn’t want to leave! The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, with lovely walks from the doorstep. We couldn’t recommend the Potager more and certainly hope to return!

Thank you Shane and Jane! Both hosts were very responsive and friendly with recommendations about how to get there by public transport and where to eat and what to do. It’s an easy walk into town for cafes and breakfast, as well as pubs in the evening. Lovely spot and would be perfect for nature lovers.

Booked this as a getaway fory girlfriends birthday and the location was great, enough in the country that you are away and private but still.clpse enough to things you want to do. The cabin itself was also fantastic, everything you need with some really nice touches. The bathroom outside at first is abit of getting used to but the shower and bath is really nice. Both very impressed and she already wants to come back!
