The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. The possibility to charge the battery exists there. The highway (A33, A2) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
