This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 65 m2 house with a 10 m2 patio at the entrance and a large dining table. A fully equipped kitchenette (cooktop, oven, microwave, two coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine). Separate toilet. Bathroom: walk-in shower, hot water. A large room with a double sofa bed, chest of drawers, sideboard and American fridge. A 24 m2 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a sofa in the TV area, giving direct access to the terrace.

Construite en pierre de taille, elle comprend un sous-sol aménagé en salle d'eau, un rez-de-chaussée équipé pour les petits déjeuners, un étage-chambre avec voute et une terrasse panoramique avec vue ( 360°)sur l' estuaire de la Gironde. Le bâtiment est flanqué au nord-ouest d'une échauguette qui abrite un escalier à vis.
