Westation: Our cosy chalet/ Ranch house in nature

Our Chalet that we renovated with a Western touch is in the middle of the nature but not far from a little village with a grocery and a restaurant. We designed it for us to disconnect from the world. Next to a small river and with many trails for hiking and biking passing by, there are a lot of Outdoor activities. With a nordic bathtub, a sauna, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with fire place, a quiet office, 4 decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a floor to entertain: bar, flipper, TV.

Apartment in renovated farmhouse

2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking friends or recreational vacationers can now find their place to feel good. The property is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

Balmoral – Apartment with view and large terrace

Apartment in a villa with character located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

The Standing Hare - Francorchamps

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.

It is located in a small village 15 minutes from Durbuy. 3 bedrooms are available as well as 2 bathrooms Suitable for families, couples, and quiet groups of friends. Swimming pool closed for winter (opening in early May) Hot tub (electrically heated) available. Private tennis court in "Red Court" renovated in 2022 available 300 m from the house. Large accommodation in a very good location on a quiet street opposite the river. Private woodland in the back. Beautiful south-facing terrace. Houffalize Center within walking distance. Ideal for 3–4 couples with kids or for a group. The open central room with kitchen, living room & dining room is +/- 80 m2. In addition, there are 4 double bedrooms and a dormitory (2 pull-out beds and 3 mattresses in the mezzanine) for a total area of 160 m2

Our cottage is a low-energy wood-frame house, in a green setting with a south-facing terrace to make the most of the countryside. While being close to Bastogne and Luxembourg, where you can find art, culture and shopping malls. Close to a Ravel and walking trails You'll love the cottage because of the ambiance, the outdoor spaces and the brightness. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

At the foot of the Hautes Fagnes and its magnificent promenades, less than 5 kilometers from the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack, this log cabin is a true haven of peace. Charming old farmhouse in a quiet area with views of the Bellevaux valley. House ideally located close to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit and the Hautes Fagnes plateau in the heart of nature. Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
