Great Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. We especially enjoyed the sauna — it was a real treat and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and well-organized place to unwind. We would definitely come back!

We were there with 6 adults and 3 small children for 5 days and celebrated a wonderful birthday there. A great house, superbly equipped in the kitchen area. Unfortunately, there was only 1 crib and 1 high chair, maybe you could be a little more flexible! And the discussion with the size of the duvet covers and sheets and renting the bed linen when using a double bed as a single person (here you have to book the bed linen for 2 people!) is probably very narrow-minded with such a great house and the price. But otherwise a very quiet location with a wonderful view, a fantastic hot tub, which you have to heat up early enough and a billiard room complete this exclusive house very well! Had a nice weekend in this house with our group of friends. Thanks to the spacious layout and the many possibilities in the cottage, we also had an excellent time during the sleeps of all the children.

We had a lovely time with the family at Alexis's manor. Jonas was a lovely and thoughtful host. The road in front is not a problem in terms of noise, like the supermarkets around. It was a bit of a fear of mine but that wasn't the case and the Carrefour behind the fence proved very useful many times! The bedding was also very good, note that you need to arrive with your bed and shower linens. In short, a place to recommend if you are a large group. The only small plus would be a toilet on the ground floor (toilets in each bedroom), but hey, that's it. Thank you so much Jonas for sharing this! Kind regards

Great stay here! The house is very nice, bright and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view really superb over the surrounding countryside. The host is very responsive to any questions we had. We recommend it!

We spent 4 beautiful days with 9 people including a child in this accommodation! Positive: great communication, nice host, very clean, super well equipped, nice lounge Negative: in total only two toilets available (there are a total of two bathrooms : a bathroom without toilet, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet) , the bathroom with toilet is coupled with one bedroom, which is why we could usually only use the separate toilet, because otherwise we always had to walk through the coupled bedroom to get to the bathroom. The upper floor consists of two rooms and in the "hallway" upstairs (through room) there is a sofa bed. This is not a private room, but is referred to here as the 5th bedroom with sofa bed. And: on the upper floor there is neither a bathroom nor a toilet (!) These are things you should know (especially when traveling with a large group). Otherwise, we were completely satisfied!

We enjoyed this nice house with wonderful swimming pool with our family of 3. Nice rooms, nice bathrooms and nice and spacious. The area is beautiful and much to do. We would highly recommend this house!

Great weekend spent with the family for my sister's 35th birthday. Spacious house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, dart and board game available that made the experience super nice, large indoor and outdoor table to eat with a large group, large outdoor lounge with pillows, 2 barbecue, bocce. Everything you need is available in the listing. Great location 8km from Durbuy. Small downside, Stairs a little dangerous, you have to be attentive to the steps, and a sauna was not functional during our weekend we may not have been lucky. Small details that didn't stop us from having a great weekend and we'll be back for sure! Thank you again to the host Mathieu who was super nice, accessible and above all flexible on arrival and departure times which allowed us to be comfortable with small toddlers and a few children. Really great for a family stay or a stay with friends👍🏽

We stayed with a group of 14 people for a wonderful long weekend in this house. In reality, it is a bit more spacious than the photos already suggest. The house is spacious, plenty of bedrooms, beds, (note!! bring your own bedding, read the instructions carefully) and a very friendly and helpful host Johnny. In short, if you are looking for a nice house with the family or some friends in a quiet beautiful area, with a play area equipped with billiards, darts, jukebox and karaoke (really fantastic) then you have come to the right place!!

We had spent with 7 couples & 1 dog here 3 perfect days…the location is fantastic (view of meadows, direct path into the forest). Everything you could ask for (and more). There are also 5 stars for cleanliness.

It was all exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

A great travel experience from start to finish! Annick and her husband came early to check in because we reported that we would come sooner than originally thought. The briefing was detailed and precise. The house was sparkling clean! We were able to communicate with them very well. During the stay, she even asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay! The stay left nothing to be desired - the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The rooms are spacious and you have various seating options! The pool met all expectations and we were able to use it very extensively! It was a completely successful stay. Even on departure, everything was to our satisfaction! Annick and her husband did everything to make our stay very pleasant! We will definitely be back!

Very nice, large and well equipped house. We were there with 12 people and nothing was missing. The location is very rural and quiet. We highly recommend the house and the hosts.

The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. He was really understanding and generous. I would definitely want to come again.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

Very nice house for families, open kitchen (overlooking the garden when the children play), large living room with terrace access, nice pool. We felt very comfortable, the communication was very good and fast. Note for families with small children: there is a spiral staircase, so you should be vigilant, but otherwise it is not a problem. I highly recommend the place!

The host is really very accommodating and friendly. When faced with problems or important matters, they always try to find a solution. If something important is needed, he always comes as quickly as possible. He usually responds quickly to messages.

The house is great to relax and enjoy your time at the pool. The pool and the sauna were our highlight. Everything was very clean. They had a very well equipped kitchen and the living room is great to relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
