Hawley House (c.1878) is an idiosyncratic boutique hotel in a beautiful setting, overlooking the national park and Rubicon River and with frontage to Hawley Beach. Featuring spectacular views, tranquil gardens & authentic history, on a 350 acre estate. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Note: Pets must be mentioned upon booking and book a suitable room type (not this one!) see our other listings.

The space
This listing is for a Stables Loft room which is recently renovated and has a King size bed, vaulted ceilings, a shower ensuite and balcony overlooking the fountain lawn. The room has tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge, and a microwave on request. Continental buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Please note that this is an ensuite room in a boutique hotel style accommodation.

This is a 140 year old family homestead on substanitial rural acreage, not a manicured estate. Plenty of wildlife and wild gardens with great views.

The property is pet friendly and there are many animals including dogs. If you would like to bring your own pet, please select one of our pet friendly room listings.

You have access to the main areas of the original homestead - the Drawing Room with grand piano, the Dining room where breakfast is served (included continental breakfast in the room rate) and dinner by prior arrangement, the Guest library of books and DVDs and the house history room, as well as trails over the 350 acre property.

Other things to note
Pets live on the property, as does native wildlife, birds and frogs. Wifi in public areas and guest rooms.
