During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our family with two children (twelve and fourteen years old) had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The location is perfect, with magnificent views of Lake Pelham. We enjoyed the fantastic view every day. The house is very spacious and well furnished, the large windows guarantee a lot of natural light in every room. The kitchen is fully equiped and provides all the amenities (including fully automatic coffee machine). The contact with Andrea was straightforward. Many beautiful excursion destinations (including Lake Chiemsee, Rosenheim or Wasserburg am Inn) are nearby. The lakes of the 7-lake district are very nice for swimming. Our favorite was the Schloßsee. But don't be afraid of the trusting carp here. The house is a wonderful place, which we are very happy to recommend.

Great place to stay, everything state of the art. Fully equipped kitchen, top modern bathroom. Very nice opportunity to eat on the covered balcony. A bakery can be reached within 400 m on foot, and a beer garden is also about 300 m away. Sunset at Lake Hartsee highly recommended for a walk. The Edeka in about 900 m offers absolutely everything you need. Excursion destinations: If you don't want to take your e-bike with you, you can rent bikes in Gstad at any time for the lake tour (approx. 52 km, flat). Excursions to the islands can also be easily made from Gstad. Steiner-Bräu brewery tour, entertaining, interesting and a great oven-fresh roast pork in the adjoining beer garden 🍻 Cable car 🚡 to the Kampenwand, fantastic view of Lake Chiemsee. Strolling and drinking coffee ☕️ in Rosenheim would also be a nice idea. We were guests at Alexander's with 4 adults and would come back at any time! Kind regards ☀️👍🍻 to Eggstätt
