If, due to circumstances outside of us (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of having someone greet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35€ in cash at the time of delivery of the keys. From 01h to 02h, 50€. After 02h it is not possible to stay on the floor. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss or forgetting of keys inside the apartment (€150 to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment).
