No extra guests are allowed without prior written authorization from the owner. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the VUT. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Stayswift offers this charming Nordic studio full of details 15 minutes from the Pinar del Rey metro. Ideal for two people, although it is prepared for four. It is 28m2, it is perfect for couples and is ready to accommodate 4 people. The studio is 25 m² (269 sq. ft.) and features a single open-plan area with two distinct spaces: a comfortable double bed and a living area with a high-quality sofa bed, a kitchen, and a TV. The bathroom with a shower is beautiful and cozy. The studio has a master bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. Both mattresses are very comfortable and high end. Extensible table 4 chairs. It has a washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, toaster, and coffee maker. Everything you need for your stay. Very quiet hot/cold climate control. The studio is fully rented for your enjoyment. It is an independent studio but if you need us we will be available. We will assist you by phone almost immediately when you need us, and if you need us to go in person to help you, we will be there.
