The studio is 25 m² (269 sq. ft.) and features a single open-plan area with two distinct spaces: a comfortable double bed and a living area with a high-quality sofa bed, a kitchen, and a TV. The bathroom with a shower is beautiful and cozy. The studio has a master bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. Both mattresses are very comfortable and high end. Extensible table 4 chairs. It has a washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, toaster, and coffee maker. Everything you need for your stay. Very quiet hot/cold climate control. The studio is fully rented for your enjoyment. It is an independent studio but if you need us we will be available.
