Ruggers Green Barn

SamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A beautifully secluded converted barn with outstanding views in the rolling Cotswold Hills. Clean, well appointed and with comfortable beds. I have stayed at Ruggars Barn on 3 other occasions, but this is the first time I have booked directly with the owner (Luke). He was responsive and friendly over message. All in all, great value and a unique place to stay.

Grade II listed historic Cotswolds cottage

We loved the cottage. There are a few challenges that are well communicated by the host due to the age of the house, but in my estimation, this only adds to its charm. the surrounding village and countryside are amazing! Highly recommend breakfast at Henry's.

Unique luxury Cotswolds cottage, near Stroud

PaulRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Tim and Maggie for great recommendations and being responsive to our questions. Lovely area with plenty see and do and very laid back vibe. The cottage had everything we needed and good WiFi, comfortable bed, very quiet and good EV charging. We recommend The Ship in the village, and Ali’s Kitchen Indian restaurant 5 mins away. A bit further afield, The Badger does a great Sunday lunch. Good area for walking and lots of characterful pubs in the area.

The Cotswolds Couples' Getaway

BridRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a little gem! From the delightful welcome fresh pastries and cans of g&t’s in the fridge( plus ice in the freezer!), the extremely well stocked kitchen with top quality breakfast stuff, including fab jams and marmalades, coffee pods and every tea imaginable -to the fab bathroom with lovely organic toiletries provided.. we could not have asked for more for our stay. Delightful mews cottage crammed full of beautiful pottery and paintings( done by the host herself!), super comfortable and full of character.. and the incredible garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility.. and an endless source of inspiration if you’re a gardener. Katrina and Patrick were very welcoming and friendly hosts who could not have been more helpful.. we appreciated the slightly early check-in and the garden tour! First class evening meals in the Crown and coffees/lunch in the very busy Henry’s coffee shop in the square were an added bonus. All in all an unmissable place to stay in the Cotswolds! Thanks K&P
